With the new trains the elevated railway is even more modern. The elevated railway has with distance the cleanest platforms in Germany.

After reading in MOPO today that Hamburg Wacht employees have come from a security service that exploits their people at 10 an hour, I no longer feel safe.

To do this, they should sign that they are only new to Hamburg Wacht, I am surprised that they are not terminating the contract with the company.

It is against the law to request such a signature.

Price performance fits Track was clean and did not affect me that it is a rail-bound toilet.

Buying an online ticket for another person - it's technically done, and you're being punished for it practically because the controller does not know this feature and demands an "original" one.
I bought a full-time monthly ticket for my brother through my HVV account and this was not on show on a smartphone
accepted. My brother was punished even though he had a valid ticket. No one from HVV service could help us, just left to right, very rude. Both by phone (they just hang up, say it's not their problem) and on the spot (I should call the number). How can I validate this ticket? He also presented the proof of purchase but also this was not accepted. The ticket is personalized in his name and there is a barcode. My brother uses my HVV account on a smartphone. In the app, only my photo is in it. The app gives the possibility to buy a ticket for someone else. Please help! That can not be true that I buy a ticket for 109 and this is not recognized!

Impudence: The buses often go too early (up to 4 minutes) or too late, the subways often stink us are overly crowded (especially the U1) and how not even 20 km as the crow flies can take more than an hour I am in a veil. Since I can torture myself with the car through the traffic jam and am thus faster. Oh and all that, despite almost 800 million euros profit and the annual price increase!

A great company. The lanes are kept clean and if there is a vomit spot in the lane at 6 in the morning, because no one has reported it is not bad either. I always drive safely and quickly to my destination. Buses are always dependent on traffic and therefore it must be taken into account how long it takes to take the bus. The drivers can't do anything about that.

Friendly, nice and very competent, as you would expect. I look forward to the next visit to the hochbahnhaus.

Over the last two years, Hamburger Hochbahn has noticeably raised the bar for innovation and progress in public transport. Especially in the national comparison. While Berlin often comes up with the "funnier" marketing idea with the BVG, I'm glad that Hamburg focuses primarily on the core business of transporting people. This works better on the elevated railway IMHO than in Berlin, Cologne or Munich and in any case better than the VHH.

Wieso sollen eigentlich Fahrgaeste Masken tragen, wenn HVV Personal auf der Haltestelle keine traegt ? HVV Corona-Leugner ? Ziemlich schwach!!

The alternative Buse may come and times drive you because of the change the wrong stop.
It is terrible what happens here between Ohlsdorf and Langenhorn !!!

The HVV is far too expensive! The prices continue to rise happily every year ... impossible!

Currently 6.60 for the day ticket from 9 a.m. I have recently converted into DM ... you should do it too.

Service 6, in case of problems printing out the tickets is assumed once you have a negative Schufa, rather than a "I'm sorry".
Does not work !!!
