The service was fantastic but they were out of impossible burgers. They did a great job of helping me find something I could eat. Would be great if there were more plant-based options available!

Good service, yummy burgers, delicious onion rings. They are doing a good job of serving thru the pandemic. The outside seating is comfortable.
Food was bland, and I was definitely overcharged. Atmosphere did not help either, and we were ignored by staff when we first walked in. Will not be back.

The on-line order worked pretty well. I received an email notification that the order was placed and an estimated pickup time. I received another when the order was started. Then nothing when the order was supposed to be done. 15 minutes later, the final message came. I'd been waiting outside in my car. A few moments later I was on my short drive home with the order.
Everything was cold like it had sat for 15-20 minutes.
The fries which used to be excellent were horrible, and nothing like they used to be. The onion rings, if you can call them that, were little frizzles like you might use as garnish. The order included tarter sauce but ketchup was provided instead.
It's sad. Edmonds Hamburger Harry's II used to be a reliable place for a good burger.

My appetite was small so I only had a cheeseburger and fries and they were both delicious! I only took off a star because tho I asked for no tomatoe, my cheeseburger had a tomatoe anyway. But still, the server was very sweet. The fries might be some of the better I've had (I prefer thinner, crispier fries, btw). They were perfectly salted and I didnt feel I needed any ketchup with them and I'm kind of ketchup-fiend. The cheeseburger, while not one of their gourmet burgers, was very good. The meat was seasoned and had flavor on it's own. I'm absolutely going back with a larger appetite to try one of the big burgers!!
