I always clocked in on on time and everyday, still my paycheck comes short. They never accept is their mistake or glitch, always have to resend time sheet.

Crystal from the BX is an excellent coordinator. Every time I come to the office she is always helpful. Mind you I come very often. She always goes beyond to get my problems solved. She is awesome. Its like I have known her for Best worker in Hamaspik so far.

I went to the BX location to sign up for CDPAP and all three ladies were extremely helpful. They know how to keep their client engage in conversations and during my time there, they were always happy. I recommend the BX location to anyone.

i came in today to apply for HHA and it was an awesome experience. Sandra and Crystal from the office were absolutely good and answer all my questions. i am super happy there is an office in the Bronx. i will extend out the agency's information in my neighborhood.

I have the same problem with my paycheck every time the same as most people are saying. I am clock in and out everyday and yet they are telling me I didn t. And the the person I deal with is rude and always having some issues. If this keep happening we will leave this agency.

I am currently employed by this company.
And I m sad to say my experiences as of lately have been less than pleasant. For the whole month of July there were issues with payroll. First it was a Glitch. Then someone forgot to process 12 hours to my paycheck leaving my paycheck short 160.00. And when I finally got my check it was 144.00. Trying to get clear answers from someone is like pulling teeth. Reception is either rude or doesn t answer at all. Messages are never returned. It s just very very unpleasant to go through as an employee. Especially during these trying times when financial stability is major. There s no room for error. I have a couple questions but I know no ones gonna answer them so I m hoping this review will be read and brought to the attention of the proper authority to have my questions answered.

Crystal is very respectful and helpful person. She is a joy and always smiling. She is the best. Keep her. Great she is bilingual too. BX office rocks with Crystal there.

I recently visited the Bronx location and I had a positive experience. Crystal and her staff kept me updated and helped me with my process. They are all friendly and always willing to help. Great customer service!

I visit their Brooklyn location and was amazed how fast and helpful staff was, special thanks to Yvanne for making this stressful process much easier.
