Hamar kino Reviews

I visit Hamar at least once a year and I always make sure I have a trip to this cinema. I love the fact that it still had a huge screen option for the big film releases. Many cinemas in the UK now only really have smaller screens rather than the older style which had fewer, but larger ones! I prefer a larger screen which can be shared with a large audience. Usual food and snack offerings are available, as it's Norway it's not going to be cheap, insect it's very expensive ( I'm from London) but it's definitely worth it. Only thing I will not is that as Hamar is a small town there are not meant screenings each day of a particular film, so you may need to see something at a non preferred time on occasion.

It is a very good cinema with a good selection of movies, snacks and service. Highly recommended

Great cinema! Here was a nice kiosk with lots of coke. I particularly liked Sal 1. The ticket machine was toppers, and I've never seen such good posters on the walls!

Hall 1 has been refurbished, it is recommended to check it out :) Good seats, picture and sound!

Very good cinema with 5 halls, where hall 1 has Dolby Atmos sound system! There are good seats, nice people who work there, clean and handicap adapted.

The seats were just too lava so for us with long legs sat sore with our knees in the chin. Good sound and spacious room

There is a good enough movie theater but only gets three stars because of the rude staff. A young lady had a bad attitude and was discriminating against the one in the group of friends. You should give the staff a course in attitude. Otherwise a nice place.

The bathrooms are a bit to small for taller guys. Besides that they could definitely clean a bit between movies!

Good seats in halls 1 and 2, but seats in hall 3 are small for tall people. The candy is very expensive. Will be going to the cinema again. Good sound system.

Seat was a little cramped on floor 1 and the youngsters who were sitting behind did not keep their mouths ... a little annoying! But the sound was very good !!

Set in hall 4, ie one of the older halls. The sound was fitting high and the seats very good to sit on. Also, on a general basis, experience that there are good and current movies that are always set up. The other halls also have good seats. But just be careful not to sit on the first rows in Hall 4 and 5. Especially if you have a bad neck. You get too close to the screen.

As long as you dont have to buy stuff in the kiosk, it's great. Might break your back if you are 2m tall while trying to clean your hands in the bathroom.

The movie started 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Set to watch 30 minutes of advertising. Good chairs! Ok sound.

A fantastic cultural offer, with very good service and varied and good film selection. Two thumbs up from me.

A big theatre with decent priced and a good variety of new films: never enjoyed pre-film advertisements as much as in Hamar kino.

Good main theatre showing mostly main stream films. As is usual in Norway, films are shown in their original language with Norwegian subtitles.
The projector in the smaller cinema is misaligned, which is particularly noticeable in black and white films.

After trying several of the halls, the review drops with a star. Here there is poor ventilation, which makes it sometimes very difficult to be inside the hall. The seats vary from floor to floor, but several do not have cup holders. The seats do not have the ability to lean back.

Here it should definitely be invited in new seats and ventilation.
