I have complained to Halton Housing on 20, 22, 25 November 2023 about a property in Hadfield Close, Widnes. The boiler overflow is leaking at a rate of 5 gallons per minute down the front of this property and damaging the party wall and foundations of my house. I have been assured by Lynne and Gabriel that a plumber would be sent today! Time will tell!
These people are not the most intelligent and lack manners. Honestly I would give -5 if it were possible. Your crooked organization should be investigated and closed.
Very disappointed there's no help desk there anymore a computer sits in the lobby and you press what's wrong and it takes you to the web site .... U can do this from home .... If u want answers bang on the doors till someone comes that's what we did
Phoned them on Monday the 9th of this month to come repair a leaking toilet and I'm still waiting now phoned them back to see when someone is coming out but they keep saying someone will be out today.
You wait weeks for someone to come out for a leak and the minute they turn up and your not in they choose that time to have a go. Worst housing I've known
They remove healthy trees which are assets to our communities and bio-diversity simply because tenants complain that they drop leaves and berries... that is what trees do! The Environment department is run by someone who has no clue in such matters and would rather sacrifice a tree than have to listen to moaning, crying tenants. Shame on you Halton Housing.

I have a current valid Urgent housing application opened Months ago, but they have blocked me from updating or continuing it.
As soon as i put my National Insurance number in, it locks up say contact Administrator. I have plainly been locked out by them as only they can do this obviously.
I went duly went down, woman had a look, she stated it would now be ok now, but was an utter lie.
I am dark skinned due to Africa so it could be die to Racism Antifa Far-Left bias, or other preconceptions.
I will have to contact newspapers or my councillor to get any sense out of them .
