A wonderful community resource for engaging art and culture.

Hallwalls is on of those exciting Art Galleries that is probably more well known internationally then locally, founded by likrs of post modern icons Cindy Sherman, and Robert Longo, it boasts a decades long history of showcasing cutting edge fine arts, film, music and performance. A surprise to many out of towners, Hallwalls is a local and national treasure.

Varied art and music. Great eclectic groups of people.

Just went to Hall Walls for the second time the other day for the drawing rally. I was supporting a few friends that were participating. The event was great with nothing but encouragement and excitement for the artists. It s amazing to see so many creative minds in one area. Thank you hall walls for such a great experience and for making events like that happen in this great city.

They have twice annual fundraisers called Midsummer's/Midwinter's Draw where over twenty artist, in two sessions, create work live in the midst of a bustling crowd of event-goers. Each session is cumulated with a silent auction.

It's an exceptional center for art with a vibrant history.

Nice space for small meetings. Wonderful staff. Clean.

Thought art was in general, of inferior quality. I realize it is "edgy" but craftsmanship and content left a lot to be desired. Maybe 12-15 pieces of acceptable quality.
