Unreliable service. The scheduling process was cumbersome and often neglected. I found myself waiting longer than expected for appointments. Additionally, the technician seemed rushed and didn’t fully address the issue, leading to recurring problems shortly after the service. Communication could use significant improvement, as I received little information about the repairs being performed. Overall, my experience fell short of my expectations.
