After my first visit, I loved this store. The staff greeted as soon as I walked into their area. The layout has a good flow & it is easy to find what you need. The clothing is very nice quality, its a bit pricey but I think the quality is worth it. Can not wait to go back!

I have grown up going to this store, I love this store. The workers here are literally like family. I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years and throughout those years my favorite Jill has sent me birthday cards, graduation presents and so on. I use La Mer and because of it I receive compliments on my skin on a daily basis and where else would I buy my products except for at Halls! Love this store and love the people who work there!
Disappointed they are closing the best part of the store! The home accessories and glassware made it a truly unique place. Crown Center stores have really slipped in quality and uniqueness. It truly makes the Westin a less attractive hotel to stay in when the shopping is so poor.
Very nice store, you can always find upscale brand goods with discount price here, one of my wife's favorite store in the region
Sad to see Hall's diminished so much after the owner passed. Only apparel, (alibet good and fashionable men and women apparel) are sold here. The store reminds me of Macy's bargain basement. They try good lighting but the ceiling is so low.
First time shopping at Halls and this is the thanks i get! I went to get a Gucci double G belt for my guy...a late Christmas gift as i was shopping in early January and i told the salesman MIKE that he was a certain size. I also told him how important this gift was. The guy says he found the right size belt and that he had it sent to be gift wrapped.....Fast forward 2 weeks later and the gift is opened and the belt is a whopping 5 sizes too big! So i was just USED to get a commission and i truly don't appreciate it!! what a waste of time, effort, etc. I guess there is no high end customer service or associates to go with the high end merchandise and prices.

Overall I would say that the quality is 5 stars, but the service has a little more to be desired. I would give service a 1 star. While looking for a specific item in the store and the potential of at least 6 people that could of said hi or offered service I had only 2 people. First lady was in home decor and the second was a younger gentle man on the bridge. Had several other people there that could have offered but thought there time would have been better spent talking to each other and fluffing. Lady at handbag department she has short black hair she us always has attitude look at u very bad

When I lived in Kansas City I was a frequent, loyal Halls customer. Even after I moved to the West Coast I still occasionally placed mail orders with the store. No more. On two occasions in the recent past I sent a question to the Customer Service department about an expansive painting I had purchased from the store a few years ago. I would have understood a reply from Halls that said, "Sorry, while we would like to help, we are unable to do so," but I received no response at all to either message. That is beyond discourteous. You pay a premium when you shop at an upscale retailer like Halls, and I believe you have the right to expect exceptional customer service when you pay those premium prices. If Halls lacks the decency to politely respond to legitimate customer inquiries, then I am done with them.
