How sad that terminated employees and their family members feel the need to make untruthful statements about a previous employer. And the ONLY "reviews" posted are those by men who were fired, and the daughter of another gentleman who was fired. A company doesn't remain in business for over 119 years and retain hardworking, dedicated employees for 20 years or more, by being anything less than exceptional.
The lady Kim in the office is the most disrespectful nasty person i have ever came in contact with. She is so unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I have interacted with HCM for about 25 years as a customer and as a fellow owner of property in a neighborhood they developed. They have always been professional, friendly and practical for small and huge jobs. They have readily made good recommendations when expertise that they did not have was needed. They have been honest and reliable. The staff, from the office to the guys on the big equipment, have always been professional and friendly -- eager to do the job correctly. That is demonstrated by the fact that the roads in our neighborhood were built by HCM over 20 years ago and are still in excellent shape whereas many neighborhoods have structural issues in 10 years. Would highly recommend.
I had the same experience with Kim who runs the office at this company (same experiences as Keionna and Edward who also left reviews on here), as well as others who work for this company. She, Kim, is one of the absolute nastiest people I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Do NOT use this company for ANY reason whatsoever! There is nothing at all redeeming about this company. You have been duly warned in advance.
