Halco did a solid job on the insulation and was quick to respond, but the final bill left me scratching my head. At $818 plus tax, the math just doesn’t add up for me. With materials costing about $150 and an added dispatch fee, it feels like I was charged around $580 just for labor. The technician mentioned four hours of work, which works out to roughly $145 an hour, or nearly $100 an hour if it was actually six billable hours. It’s a bit steep for the work done.
