The service was inadequate. My appointment felt rushed, and the stylists seemed distracted. The atmosphere was not very inviting, which made for an uncomfortably quiet experience. Overall, I expected a more personalized touch and better communication, but it fell short of my expectations.

Disappointing experience. 😕 The service felt rushed, and I left without the style I wanted. Communication was lacking, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Not the attention I expected. Would not revisit.
