I had a mixed experience with Hair Extacee. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the quality of the hair extensions was not up to par. The extensions started to fall out within a week of getting them done. However, the salon did offer to fix them free of charge, which was a plus. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
