A place that values loyalty so much that new hires with little to no experience or license come in at a higher pay rate than the current employees with licenses and experience.

My son and I went for the GAP open house. Such an excellent opportunity for upcoming college students who want to build careers in aviation. We were guided in a tour and experienced the background and personal knowledge of this amazing company. Very satisfied,and to add everyone on staff is extremely knowledgeable, and answered all questions in great detail.

It was a GAP program open house for my sons. The information gathered will be helpful to the in their future decision as they choose their career fields. The company appears to be a great place to work based on the feedback that was received from some of the worker there. The most exciting thing is that they are looking to embrace the young teens by providing them with internship opportunities that can lead to career choices. I think that this is a great initiative by the company. Kudos to them.

Love working here, Minor quirks, but what work place doesn't. I've been working here for one year and 5 mths now and I've learned so much got a raise and a bonus. Moving up the ladder day by day and it does get tough, but that's what makes it all worth it in the end
