It was a beautiful place located close to main highway, very secluded. Perfect is the word that comes to my mind but it was for my wedding night. Breakfast also was great

This place is whimsical and magical!! We used it for a music video shoot for a wedding scene and I instantly wanted to get married again THERE. It is absolutely beautiful and their food/catering was out of this world! So grateful to Carter for allowing us to use this beautiful space.

Hachland Hill was the perfect wedding venue for us! My husband and I were married October 20, 2018. We began planning a year before and looked at several wedding venues before deciding on Hachland Hill. From the moment we stepped onto the property we knew we d found something special. The venue feels very peaceful and remote, though it is less than half an hour from Nashville. We had our ceremony in the large field and reception in the old tobacco barn/tent. The woods, creek and fall foliage set the perfect backdrop for our October wedding. There are two houses on the property that are rented out for accommodations, so most of our immediate family members were able to stay on site for the weekend which made for a really fun experience. Carter was great to work with throughout the process. He was able to accommodate several visits to the property ahead of the big day (even when I texted him on a Friday night asking if I could come by the next day to show my mom the venue because she was visiting from out of town and wanted to see it). Carter is also the chef and we were very pleased with all of the food options for the weekend, from the rehearsal to the cocktail hour to the reception meal. We had several of our guests compliment the food. Thank you to Carter and the rest of the staff at Hachland Hill for helping us pull off our dream wedding.

We stayed one night just to get out of the city. Everything was amazing from the thoughtful hosts to the beautiful landscape and trails to to comfy room with a view of nature and the incredible food. We had dinner and breakfast and everything was prepared beautifully and tasted amazing! The fire pit after dinner was the nice finishing touch! Thanks for a much needed and beautiful time away!

I attended a ladies' retreat here and the whole experience was wonderful. The cook was very accommodating about the various food allergies in the group and made sure to provide gluten free options. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and the grounds are beautiful. All in all it is an amazing place.

We recently had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely perfect. Not only is the venue itself stunning, but the food was AMAZING and staff were incredibly accommodating. All of our friends had such a great time and are still commenting on how much fun they had! Everyone loved every detail, from the tobacco barn to the quaint bed and breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend.

Stayed here for a retreat w/ a group of approximately 50 ppl. The staff was incredibly friendly and couldn't be more accommodating. It's family owned and operated, and Carter really made us feel like we were part of it. (no spoiler: his grandmother, who started the business, is an amazing human being) The food is southern comfort and from scratch, The cabins are clean, comfortable, and very homey with spacious outdoor and indoor common areas! Visit. You will love it!

This place is magical. We used it for my brother in law's wedding and it was the perfect place. It's picturesque, with beautiful hardwood forests, and a cold Creek running through it. We all stayed in the main house at the top of the hill and had the wedding at the bottom next to the creek. Here's my breakdown of the experience.

Scenery - doesn't get any better. Everything is amazing and it provides the best pictures.

The main cabin - this is the only thing you might want to think twice about. It's an absolutely charming old house with a ton of room. But with that old charm and enormous size, comes slight annoyances like a few bugs here and there, and the air conditioner has a hard time keeping it cool in the heat of our Tennessee summers. It was pretty hot inside during the day, but the a/c got it nice and cold at night. The downstairs is amazing too with an nice pool table and ping pong table.

The food - This was one of my favorites. Carter made some of the best tasting food I've had. It was gourmet in every sense, from the presentation to the flavor.
