Store is great. Lots of great items in stock. I even got the opportunity to volunteer here. So why am I giving this one star? Because one of the ladies, Maria, has been extremely rude when I was volunteering today. I tried to help out, put things away, and even sweep the place, then I get treated like a trash bin. It was my third time volunteering and after what happened today, I will be looking for somewhere else to finish volunteering. It had a horrible experience today and I will never volunteer there again!

Love supporting a great cause while enjoying this store's amazing deals (and no HST either) on used AND brand new items donated by good fellow citizens and the likes of Home Depot, Costco and some top-notch designer stores. As a big Habitat for Humanity supporter, both as a customer and a donor, my family is familiar with most ReStores in the area, but we love the Brampton crew in particular for the way they have made this place grow in quality, quantity and popularity. Never a dull or wasted moment when visiting them.

The only good thing about this store is Vee and Michelle, no one else knows what they are doing, the manager Maria is terrible and rude. the mission statement of this organization seems to have been lost somewhere along the way, they only care about making money, prices are too high for items that are used or broken, people who shop here are those who can afford to renovate, this store was first targeted to people who are in need, maybe new comers to Canada, I have seen syrian refugees comes and complain about prices, WHAT IS THIS?? The store is a mess, DO NOT SUPPORT!

The shop changed dramatically over the past 2 years. It was a bargain for all types of renovation materials donated or big box surplus and resold fixtures cabinets bathroom salvaged from homes. Now the variety of materials is much less and prices are only 60-70% from retail. They carry much more furniture. The emphasis is on maximizing revenues instead of deals for the customers.

Went there yesterday and today. Was looking at carpet and was told yesterday, 50 cents a sq ft. Went back today to pick some up, and no one to help. Cashier, Vilika, was very rude. The manager, Marina, I believe, called us back and said carpet was $1 a sq ft. We unrolled a couple of small rolls and size that was written on it, was wrong and one of them had paint spilled on it. No one seems to know what is going on with some products. Total waste of time, is what it was.
