My wife and I bought an apartment that was commissioned by Simader to build through Habau Perg.
At the beginning there was a great basis for conversation between the Simader family, Habau and us.
After handing over the apartment, we gradually noticed errors.
Unfortunately, many small and one big shortcoming, which meant that we could only move in 1 month later than the other owners.
No cost reimbursement for the time we had to move in later. (Thank goodness we were still allowed to live in the old rental apartment, but the rent still had to be paid)
The more often we called Simader for individual defects, the less friendly we felt. We were repeatedly referred to the property developer "Firma Habau".
The shortcomings were largely rectified, but not to the complete satisfaction of the customers.
