Outstanding blue crab pasta... Also has the raw oysters. Will definitely go back.

OMG the food is absolutely phenomenal!! So is the atmosphere and so are the drinks. Nothing negative to say about this place. Service is superb! What more could you ask for?

This review is for the catered event we had here. It was pretty "OK" imo, the food was alright and salmon was farm so that was kind of a letdown, not to say it was bad - I just heard it was fantastic sea food place and I had extremely high expectations. Very nice upstairs but our event was in the basement which is dolled up. I look forward to going here for a regular meal. Thanks for reply, I fixed up my review because it wasn't finished.

It was my first time visiting NJ and eating here & I had a lovely experience! Staff was so nice & food was great !!

Not terrible but not what I was expecting. My dish was very good crab and octopus with pasta, soft shell crab was not fresh or tasty at all. It gave us both stomach aches, service was slow at first but then got better as it slowed down. Drinks were good but only got 2 since thats all the time we had there. Dessert was good Key lime pie very fresh. For the prices its ok nice atmosphere but when you pay $30 plus for a entree that seemed wrotten not the best taste left in my mouth literally.

Great food. Sea bass with Brussels sprouts was very tasty. One star off for noise level. Very loud.

Food and wine was excellent. Server was excellent. Ambiance very nice. Bread is not warm at all and butter rock hard. Shrimp & Crab Orrecchiette was big enough for two people, but we each ordered our own so had plenty to take home. Lots of crab and shrimp. Yes it costly, but you get what you pay for. Very fresh.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc I stopped in early during the day to drop off two special sparkler candles. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem and the man I spoke to said since my reservation was in the back he most likely would be my server. Well, when I get there I am seated in the front and have a totally different server. If I didn't remind him of my date's birthday he would have not even known even though it was in the notes. Luckily my date didn't see me talking to him. But the big disappointment was him telling me he couldn't use the birthday sparklers bc it would set off the smoke alarms. Highly doubt this since other restaurants use it, and I used them at home before without an issue. Would have like a call letting me know earlier in the day if this was the case. Also, they didn't even return the sparkler candles to me.

So moral of the story, yes the food, ambiance, drinks etc very good (besides the bread) but customer service/communication needs to improve.

Awesome restaurant! I went there with our company CFO and CTO, and there were both up for a good dinner, coming from different locations.
I was told of this place by a friend of mine and she was right on... Excellent seafood, nice staff, good wine selection.
It has a bar and an oyster bar as well, so plenty of choices for a visit.
It seemed time it's a bit on the pricey side, but probably worth it.

Very lovely outdoor environment and fresh, delicious food. The lobster roll is very good, the crab cocktail is super fresh and the dipping sauce has just the right amount of spice. their fried calamari with the zucchini is super light and very yummy. The short ribs are delectable and melt-in-your-mouth. Overall a lovely experience. The service was slow, and the music was turned off before we finished our meal.... Completely changing the ambiance. typically that happens when you're in a bar at 2 a.m. and the bartender says drink them up folks! Lol. The good news is our server made it right by using his phone for the restaurant's music.

A beautiful dining experience. Make sure you have a big spending limit on your credit card though. Worth it for a special occassion.

Excellent food and excellent service. Met a few friends there. Monday night for those of you that don't know is Lobster Night. The meal was delicious as were the cocktails and dessert. I would highly recommend and look forward to going back.

Elegant and delicious. I had the Hake with beans and escarole which was the special and was very impressed. A little loud as it's a wide open dining room but other than that no issue.

Stumbled upon this place by luck while doing a short road trip. Fantastic atmosphere, great food, perfect portions. If ever in the area, this should be the place to break bread.

Please H20 - stop with the mandated valet parking when I just want to stop in for a drink. I understand the issues with big parties - but it discourages people who just want to drop in regularly. Finding out new watering hole

Saturday night 6 pm dinner for four. Fantastic wait staff, great prices on bottles of wine and fish that was awesome. Everyone went home more than satisfied!

I ate at H2Ocean tonight, and it was fantastic. I was visiting from North Carolina, and took a client to dinner. Nice atmosphere and great service. I had the crab cakes and the Halibut. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I visit this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I like how their service is always great and they keep the spot clean all the time. Prices are convenient and they serve generous portions.

Omg what a gem! Awesome seafood. Yes it s pricey, but its seafood! No other place like this around. I was forced to do valet (Friday lunch before Xmas), which I hate, but I also understand , because the parking is a little tight especially when they are busy.

We visited for a cocktail buffet party. The seafood was very good, but the other food and service were ok. For our group, more space would have been appreciated. This place is valet only and after seeing the packed lot you'll know why.

Living in Morris County I feel fortunate for many reasons. One reason by far is hands down having the most amazing 5 star plus restaurant close the wonderful H2Ocean - You surpass all of our expectations. Your food, service, atmosphere is second to none. The creativity blows me away. Coming to H2Ocean is an nothing short of an amazing experience. We look forward to coming out to enjoy an insane meal (as usual) and visit the wonderful staff as soon as we can. We re so grateful that takeout has saved us during this pandemic. This place is amazing really good food I had the Ahi Tuna very tasty Immaculate clean big-play II easily have a hundred people feed the bartender was a little snooty at first and then chilled out front of the cooks game in touch start able to make sure we are okay and one of the other bartenders that came in was really nice studying park with us for a few minutes highly recommend this place definitely go check it out!

Lobster!!!! Great food excellent beverages. Covid setup up is still classy and phenomenal. Eat in/ take out. You won't be disappointed.

Right off the bat, my family and I always came here pre-covid and love it. That being said, Food was ok compared to Pre-Covid dining. Had Mussels in white wine, flavors were bland. Service was very slow. They had small tents for most tables which was nice. Overall, post covid service and food needs improvement. Just being honest

I love this place!! I ve been here a few times and the food and service is always great. Everything is so fresh and food taste great. This is one of my go to seafood spots as we have fell in love with it from our first time. If you are looking for a good seafood place to try I urge you to come here.

One of the best meals that I've had! My wife and I went here for our Anniversary. If you love seafood, this is the place for you. I was also pleasantly surprised when I received my bill. For the quality of food, the bill was very reasonable.
