Excellent food at reasonable prices in a great location. For Paris really affordable and the selection on the map is great. Deduction is the wine and the "wait for service".

This hotel is actually owned by the US Govt. and since 1991 been under the control of the US Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). However, Pershing Hall does NOT give any discounts for veterans. Shame!! This is nothing but a wasteful boondoggle for the executives of the DVA, and their family, relatives, friends and cronies. This should be a resort for the exclusive use of American military veterans who put their lives on the line to defend the spineless, cowardly French and their Govt. From the reviews I see here, the food is substandard and wait staff a bunch of arrogant, conceited French citizens who still think that France is the best of the world. Sorry, we'll take the American style any day over what the French prefer to think is the best they can offer. Out of respect for American veterans and the horrifying DVA scandals in the US, NO ONE should pay a dime into this snooty shack since it is a waste and abuse of American taxpayer monies and the DVA has no business running a hotel when they cannot even run the DVA without major scandals.

The Pershing-Hall sunday brunch is served in the courtyard bar and restaurant which has been covered with a glass roof, carpeted and tastefully furnished. The place is very beautiful, you feel outdoors in particular thanks to the incredible green wall while being warm inside. The balconies and the windows on the first floor, wide open onto this patio, also give a very special atmosphere. If you are not lucky enough to be seated on the patio, you can sit in a pretty, very quiet room with a seventies look revisited. Very James Bond! This room opens directly onto the patio where the brunch buffets are located.

Brunch is therefore served in the form of buffets but is quite disappointing. The bread and pastries buffet is frankly ridiculous (2 kinds of bread, 2 kinds of mini-pastries). But where are the jams? A little honey, nutella and whipped cream, but for such a price and such a place, we are entitled to ask for an assortment of quality jams, right?
Next to these breads and pastries, a frankly ridiculous cheese platter! Ditto, 2 choices (plus cottage cheese) and cheeses that have everything (taste and visual) of industrial cheeses.

The big plus point of this buffet is the sushi part. A sushi master makes ultra-fresh sushi and maki in front of us. Good point also for omelettes made on the spot. But one choice for eggs is not much, isn't it? What if we don't like an omelet? If we prefer our scrambled eggs, shell or even benedict? The egg is often the central element of brunch, a shame not to offer it in different choices!

The selection of cold input is quite small. It's good but without being overwhelming and while remaining very classic: smoked salmon, Caesar salad
The hot dishes do absolutely no honor to the beauty and the standing of the place. Mini caramelized chicken drumsticks in a 5 star hotel, really? A ratatouille that is frankly not inviting (and that we imagine almost out of a box), honestly?
Ditto for the dessert buffet, a tiny fruit platter and a few sweet bites that don't make you dream.

For drinks, a glass of juice and a hot drink and that's it! Wouldn't it be more relevant, given the location and the prices charged, to offer unlimited soft drinks? A drink buffet on which you can go to refill would be welcome! Also note the absence of milk.

Too bad. The decor is beautiful but unfortunately does not allow this rather indigestible brunch to pass.

I only had the opportunity to eat at their restaurant.
The decor is superb and impressive. The green wall has a certain character, the room must be even more beautiful by day. The menu offers fusion cuisine, drawing on Asian inspirations. There's even Kobe beef!
The place is very large and there are several atmospheres depending on the rooms.
If you take the time to ask someone from the staff, you can even get the history of the building, which is quite interesting.
Obviously, the prices are really expensive. But that's the neighborhood and the range.

Deco and standing at the height of its stars! However, this experience remains very disappointing for two reasons:
- the first: the staff is unfriendly and very haughty.
-The second: High prices suddenly unjustified when we meet a couple of roaches roaming on our table.

Staff of color, vigil service, at the entrance of tonight, aggressive, intimidating not welcoming. For dinner and a drink in a place I love and want to show to friends. It is not the most appropriate for a reception especially one evening during the holidays.
