Beautiful place, renovated in the rules of art, we enjoyed staying in their 2nd house and enjoy these 2 places. An independent hotel, where one finds the passion of the trade of reception and service.

This hotel is located close to the beautiful old buildings of Troyes. Very comfortable rooms include a very barrier free access. Great food. Attractive public rest area inside and out. Outdoor pool. Even allowed to bring a dog in a room.
Lovely little hotel hidden away in Troyes. Fantastic staff, friendly and very helpful with recommendations and tips for the town and nearby. The building itself is gorgeous and an easy walk into the town.
Friendly and nice step but the price / quality ratio does not deserve more than 3 stars.
I came with a friend to discover the region by wanting to book in the 5 star house of Rhodes, confident of the prestigious group behind this hotel. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our experience.
What we liked:
- very good location, pretty cobbled street without traffic, in the heart of Troyes
- charming building and interior courtyards with lots of character
- pretty room with large bathroom, very clean, bathrobes and good quality beauty products available
What we didn't like:
- Room: it was not 40m2 as indicated on booking (in reality 10m2 less), nor did it correspond to the photos put on booking. Extremely dark room even though we had requested a bright room.
- Breakfast: no explanation and details of the offer by the receptionist. We finally filled out the form with a second receptionist, but the breakfast served did not correspond to our requests (forgetting the milk, basket of pastries with only two croissants, compote and industrial fruit salads). Inconsistent and very disappointing value for money.

I called asking for the Rhodes house expressly to reserve a room and without warning me the receptionist booked in the 4 star bird field. On arrival I discovered it for myself, no one had explained to me that the reception was used for the two hotels and no one apologized, the receptionist did not hesitate to tell me that it was my fault because I did not specify the hotel, which is wrong and very inappropriate.
Impersonal welcome, expeditious, without any kindness and explanations.
One of the receptionists was pleasant but confused and unable to inform us about the offer of the establishment (description / characteristics of the rooms, spa and massage offerings).
Rude checkout (we weren't asked if our stay went well, no apologies or gestures, no help with our suitcases, had to pay and go)
We have rarely seen such poor service, especially at a luxury hotel. Unfortunately the management did not even try / want us to leave on a positive note, despite our various comments during our stay, too bad.
Nice potential, unfortunately the staff are not up to the task.
Very beautiful setting and beautiful restoration, just lacks air conditioning or a dehumidifier in the room.
For the restaurant we were very pleasantly surprised, very good products very well prepared, all homemade.
And the city is really worth visiting
