Service was slow. Asked for a glass of wine during lunch and they placed a wine glass down. 15 min later had to ask to actually get the wine. Food was very good and atmosphere as well.

This is a true traditional palace, good to come and being recognised even if I haven t come for several years. Great friendly staff and they are always helpful. This hotel feels like a home away from home.

Love the place. They are up to details. Do get a cabana by the sea with your room. Service is great. Lunch by the pool, or in your cabana. You might want to check your outfit to honour the place, as it deserves.

Simply the worst hotel experience known to date (I travel regularly to several continents and cities like Miami / HK / NYC / Tokyo / Seoul ..).
I did not manage to cross the front door.
No reason was given to me by the 2 agents on duty at each door of the estate.
I said there was no private day (it was not in the evening).
No doubt a confidential reason that the HALDE or another association would like to analyze.
Certainly to prevent me from spending my money unnecessarily in a place of mistreatment (maybe not if one is a star? The question remains whole).
And THANK YOU for the bad faith of the person answering the name of the hotel! You are unique and honor the customer relationship with small shortcuts and big lawsuits, I LOVE your refusal of the challenge! KEEP IT UP!

Similar to the Four Seasons Cap Ferrat, the property was incredible. From the grounds, building, landscaping, service, food, views... Just well done, bravo.

My only knock was that the rooms were old looking in terms of the style, as I prefer a more modern look but since it's so historic, I'll just accept that I'm of the weird 1% who would find this not ideal. Otherwise they come with modern amenities, USB plugs bedside, near the TV which had Netflix connectivity and free movies on demand that were relatively new. Bathroom was great with tub and rain shower separate and great toiletries.

The grounds are very well kept and breathtaking. Walking around the grounds was a great experience as it's so big you bump into many people. Lots of outdoor activities from tennis to a wide range of water sports that they have dockside.

The pool is seawater like Cap Ferrat Four Seasons and overlooks the light blue waters. Service by the pool is quick and catered to your each need no matter how big or small. They will place you based on your sun / shade preference and move you with the setting of the sun. As you leave the water, the attendant provides you a fresh towel each time. There are kids here too so it can get noisy but just look out at the view and you'll go deaf from bliss pretty quickly.

Every morning there are two areas for breakfast outside the room. Go for the seaside buffet. It's an incredible spread with all you would need and more. Try the sugar tart (donuts in the US) it's unreal. The staff to guest ratio makes dining at this hotel enjoyable in every facet.

Concierge and check in staff are also top notch. They can recommend itineraries, review the one you already had and create new ones if needed. There is also a free hotel car service that is very prompt and readily available to guests.

The few times we drove off for food and sightseeing, the car cupholders were stocked with bottled ice water and keys would be handed to you with multiple smiles. What a joy and treat to stay here, definitely making this an annual thing.

Service is top notch. Quality of food is good enough. Pricing of everything in this joint is stupid.

I don't imagine they have a lot of visitors who complain about price in this place, but I'm down to be amongst the few who do.

I am fine with paying for quality, but no burger is worth 42 euros, and no glass of tequila is worth 50. I've had what is presumably the best of both of those things (growing up in Texas and spending a lot of time in Mexico), and these didn't come close.

I'm dumb enough to entertain the idea that I'm paying for a view to eat the burger in front of, but not dumb enough to think the view was great enough to warrant that price.

Coffee is also trash.
