The traditional Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo is a luxury hotel in the heart of Monaco, is located at Place du Casino, 98000 in Monaco, opened in 1864 and offers 208 rooms, including 96 luxurious suites, recently restored and modernized with views to offer its customers new spaces and much more comfort and convenience
The highlight of the hotel is the sumptuous and luxurious suites on the top floors of the Hotel, which offer a lot of luxury, comfort and privacy, including an infinity pool with a wave system.
The hotel is also known worldwide for its gastronomy and its great wineries that are among the best in the world with more than 350 thousand labels available to its guests, among its great restaurants are Louis XV and Le Grill with Michelin stars, the Omer restaurant, the great Le Bar Americain, with live music and an Art Deco atmosphere, overlooking the Casino.

One of the best hotels I've ever visited! She lived in mid-May 2019. Lovely spacious rooms with beautiful interiors, expensive furniture and a high level of service.
The hotel fully complies with 5 stars: preparation of the room for bed, good cleaning of rooms with care of the guests. The administration fulfills any requests and instructions. You really feel special here.
The location is perfect - right on the casino square.
The spa center deserves special attention: a huge indoor pool, an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the yacht club and mountains. Very beautiful view! A great place to start your day!

I haven't tested the hotel yet except the restaurant with Michelin-starred chef Dominique LORY

Exceptional, fantastic grand experience not at the fingertips of any budget but if you can do it absolutely. Very warm welcome from the staff and the meal at the restaurant The Louis XV is divine.

Fantastic stay, top-level service, beautiful spacious room, amazing Le Grill restaurant and concierge helpful in every situation - luggage transfer to another hotel, pick-up from the airport, all buttoned up. We felt taken care of in all aspects of our stay in Monte Carlo. I heartily recommend!

Considering doing revision process as that s far taken four years and is near completion. My stay here with an interrupted by the ongoing work. The level of service was exquisite and as you would expect for this calibre of hotel. Staff fully attentive and professional at all times, making my stay here a memorable and pleasurable one. xhx

Monaco is the Cote d'Azur tourist center. A large number of tourists are drawn to casinos, which are a major source of income. The Principality is not taxed by the citizens of the Principality, which is why a large number of people who seek to avoid taxation in their home countries have moved to Monaco.

That it is the best of the best is a fact. Too bad it is frequented by some guests as spilorci as spocchiosi, which make the atmosphere unpleasant

Why don't you let the guests into the hotel? I experienced that last year. What a 5 star hotel does not let guests in. You don't do that with the guests

This hotel has one of the best luxury and hospitality developments.I was glad for the food and conferencing facilities.

Spectacular Tentaculaire!
This novel concept is the celebration of some of the Mediterranean greatest hits revisited! Imagine that Morocco and Turkey got married and had a couple of kids called Spain and Lebanon and you d start to understand how this jigsaw fits together. Alain Ducasse seems to have largely ignored his personal strong suit -France and marginalised any real interest in showcasing Italy s Mediterranean hit parade, perhaps that s reserved for some future menu or second act. The restaurant opened under the guidance of the charismatic and charming Chef Patrick Laine (recently of The Grill) on the 7th of January 2019 and I ve eaten here twice, but I caution that it s still very early days!



I strongly urge you to order the miraculous Aubergine Moutabal with peanuts, and a shower of sumac. The eggplant is smokey, dusky, served slightly warm on unctuous seasoned yoghurt and was devoured moments after it was served by a table of ravenous foodies who happen to know a good thing when the see it.

The Coquelet Taouk, is so delicious - upstairs at the Grill it s served as poussin with its smouldering scented thyme embers all a glow, here on the ground floor eaterie that is Omer it s given a total relooking with a Middle Eastern dry rub and a decadent umami rich sauce that includes a tricked tomato demi glace, tweaked and spiced with espelette and paprika, it s completely moorish, the rice that is served as a sidecar is phenomenal and a perfect accompaniment.

Let s now turn to two extraordinary desserts



Come four or more as this is definitely a taste and share variety of restaurant. What will Omer become when it grows up? It will no doubt evolve, I for one will be watching closely every step of the way with my mouth wide open -Chapeau Chef Ducasse!

The pictures say everything. If you can afford a night in Monaco . I recommend Hotel De Paris or Hotel Hermitage. They run by same management.

You are of course always a bit biased when you go to such a well-known and luxurious hotel. But the expectations are being realized. Of course a super location next to the casino. A classic, stylish design, although it is somewhat dated on some points. A fantastic swimming pool, although that salty water did not necessarily have to be necessary. Nice terrace with sun beds. The breakfast made the most impression. Delicious food in the middle of Monaco in the middle of Monaco. What else do you want?

Amazing, I think he is at the top 1 hoteliers on the principality. The service decoration and new infrastructure are of high level. I adored but here I valid for life!
