Very good reception .. and support at the memory center .. caring nurses .. attentive .. who reassure .. protocol and procedure of serious and organized care .. motivated interns .. and very pleasant, outgoing chief doctor and who explains in a calm and benevolent manner. Very good meal tray and clean room.
I went there for my son, the intern who received me very sweet. By the way, the lady at the pediatric reception takes you down, thinks she is allowed and as unpleasant as possible and comes out of "I'm getting drunk, I'm really breaking up"
If the job does not suit you Mrs., change it, become a florist maybe the plants will calm you down.
The Doctor and all Nursing staff were very attentive, friendly.
Arrived at 7:45 am no stretcher bearer for 15 minutes suddenly I go on short circuit it is 8:30 am the nurse and caregiver have gone to drink a coffee and discuss the organizational problems apparently no doctor available we are desperately waiting for her majesty to decide to come to start his short round if I start my day 45 minutes late, see 1 hour in a week, I gain a day and my boss briefly fires me in the hospital service which increasingly takes the patient as a client No explanation and the worst person in the waiting room see photo
I have just left the emergency department, I have only one thing to say: we are lucky to live in a city equipped with this hospital.
The care is of a very good quality and above all, the staff is exceptionally professional and friendly (and I am not exaggerating). I saw three doctors and a dozen nurses in the space of 24 hours and all were wonderful, explanatory, smiling (despite the masks, we can see it in the eyes) and also very patient (given the current context and some patients frankly not easy)
I fully understand that this CHR is regularly ranked first among hospitals in France. It is a shame that our governments (regardless of political party) do not provide the necessary support for these infrastructures which are essential to our lives.
Thank you again to all the staff that I have been able to meet, nurses, reception agents, stretcher bearers, doctors and all those people who help others out of passion (especially in a selfish society like ours)
