Not enough staff, bug queues to pay, lady called for assistance, no one came... not good!

Brought a coat for my grandson reasonably priced staff friendly and cheerful

Just shopped at H & M , the clothes are amazing the stuff are very friendly I was having some trouble finding a top I wanted and a really nice staff member named oana helped me find the perfect top she knew exactly where to look all I did was give her a small description she also made me feel really confident as I was worried if I would look okay in the top thank you so much

Extremely helpful staff always come out with what I went in for. Considering the size of the shop they could really do with some more changing rooms in the men's and children's section! Especially for junior Girls they like to try clothes on and it is a bit of a nuisance having to keep going to the ladies changing room on another floor especially if you need to grab other bits last minute as the men's changing room, there are only 2 cubicles shared with the children section.

One of the employees there, Keisy is very helpful and friendly. She has good communication skills as well, like the other employees.

Supervisor was rude when came to return items. complained that we had bought items online and tried to return them at store. granted it was 1735 and the store closed at 1800. the items we had were no way going to take 45 minutes to return as stated by him. not impressed. will go to another store next time

I would rate this zero stars if I could, We we re waiting in line and the cashiers were taking forever and they had to close down a till because one of them broke it when it finally came to my turn I brought something on sale and they charged me the full amount so I went back and asked for a refund and they said okay. I arrived home to see my bank account and instead of giving me a refund they charged me even more. It seems that the cashiers lack experience and don t know what they are doing as they make many mistakes and laugh it off.
