I have been living here at Intown Loft for 2 years now. Management doesn t seem to care when you have an issue, and they sure do take their time addressing basic things like maintenance needs. They seem to have no structure. The fallen ventilation system in the garage is a safety hazard and has not been dealt with for over 6 months now, like come on! The rooftop terrace that was supposed to be opening a few months after I moved in 2 years ago and have yet to see it open. The pool area is a joke, kiddy pool four feet deep maybe 15 by 15 in size. Vents fell down in garage and were not fixed for months, just laid in parking spaces. The vents were taking away many spaces for parking. The garage door always breaks, causing non-tenants to park inside and people to come in a brake into cars as well. I just had my car broken into two weekends ago. I came home to a car in the garage with broken windows costing 200+ to repair with unhelpful people in the Front office stating they are not responsible at the gate is a courtesy they provide and not their responsibility. My roommate s car and 8 others cars have also been broken into like a few months ago prier to mines being broken into with no action from the complex. Front desk is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful with solving any issues Tennant's bring to them. Tenants are never updated on the status of repairs, etc. Rent is more expensive than the apartment it's worth (considering people have been shot and killed in the area, and a car was stolen and rammed into a light pole.) They just spent a lot of money to repaint this building but can pay to fix the gate or keep its residents safe.

This company only care about themselves. I would never recommend anyone to stay within they PROPERTY!

Make sure u have everything from this company in writing this is a company that does not pay its Bill's

I am a single mother stuck in a flooded apartment with my newborn due to threatening neighbors with nowhere to go. Oh did I mention those same neighbors are extremely noisy and wash their dogs waste down on to my balcony. This is most definitely a NO PET property. It has been almost a month and I have yet to receive any help or anything as headquarter s phone is now disconnected and the property manager is unbothered. After sending messages to their info email from the website, I still have not had anyone reach out. Oh please don t mention anything legal you will for sure get ghosted! I guess my daughter and I will just get sick from mold meanwhile they still collect my rent on time!

I called on a Friday around 12:00 in the afternoon and it was closed. I called Monday and no one answered. Cant understand why I was given the number to call and no one answered nor returned my call or answered my message.

Y'all need to look further into the properties you guys manage! I live in Greenbriar commons and the maintenance team is garbage! I've called them over 2 hours ago with a maintenance emergency and still no response. This is the 8th time this has happened to me this year. This is the same on going issue and I asked the office staff to look into it further several times. I've called down to the corporate office to voice my concerns and no one ever called me back. Last time I had the issue the maintenance guy said it wasn't his problem and hung up on me. He eventually showed up after I asked an old employee I knew to contact the manager. This has to stop!!

THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY WEVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. We are treated terribly-we witness maintenance staff yelling at kids to leave areas they are allowed to be-ridiculous mold and roaches-electricity and water pipes not kept up-ongoing discrimination on every level-theft-fraud-the list goes on and on.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS

I have lived here for about 6 years and the management started off as being stellar, minus a few minor issues, but nothing major. Since then I have experienced multiple management changes that seem to get worse as they change. With the exception of Tanray Garcia who was the MOST helpful and responsive. Over and over again I am charged a late fee for my rent and I have never been late for a payment since I've moved here. I have reached out multiple times over and over again leaving messages with no answer from anyone. I have to email multiple times to get a response about an issue and when I finally do they tell me "We can't fix the late fee issue. Please pay your rent by money order" REALLY?!?! I have already provided proof that my rent is paid AND ON TIME AS USUAL!! I feel like my no one really cares here at Intown Lofts/Legacy Lofts. Also why at the headquarters does it always say that they are closed?!?!

Aww come on the people of Allen Temple are people man, you should have let them get their stuff. Now u on news for this. Them was supposed to be your people! I bet the late father would have let them get they id's at least.
