Very friendly and helpful, motivated staff in the hospital Wetzikon. The hospital is very modern and well furnished. I can recommend it, if necessary.

On the recommendation of a colleague, I registered for the annual inspection at the gynecological clinic last year. Now, in the meantime, I have been there for the third time. Unfortunately one is always looked at by someone else and has to tell anew.
The telephone service often refers to overload and you should call again later. This is unfortunately also without success. Thus one tries it via Mail, this functions fast and is answered even faster. However, it seems to be more difficult than expected. It is from appointments on 8.7. and September appointments, which I never had or agreed on. Which seems very unprofessional to me.
It is also interesting that someone has experienced exactly the same here.

This is not how you deal with critical employees. Would like to see where the management of the hospital would be without their employees. Accompaniment = recognition. But apparently a foreign word there.

In my opinion, miserable conditions, poor reception in the emergency room, very long waiting times and unfriendly. USZ Zurich highly recommended. Better take 30 minutes drive to USZ or Hirslanden there you will be better looked after.

Care in the family doctor's emergency practice by family doctor Dr. Bachmann - insufficient - not taken seriously - misdiagnosis! GZO quality management is not interested in critical feedback.

Unfortunately, the medical care was really bad. After a head injury, I was released in such a bad condition that another doctor needed to take care of the treatment immediately. The nursing staff, however, was good, but secondary to an acute injury.

Very unprofessional doctors who discriminate based on patient's appearance and repeatedly ignore to hear what patient has to say about her medical history and then falsely accuse the patient itself being rude when referring doctor calls them to understand what went wrong! Pathetic!

Very bad management. You can't even talk to a doctor about complaints. You just get drawered. Then some people ask if you have the feeling that you are not really being taken seriously? And I worked there for 7 months? Just a cheek.

In our family 3 times wrong diagnosis! 1x gynecological department 2x internal medicine! Diabetes detected although no one was there! They said soberly from midnight 00: 00h and in the same hospital in the lab they said: come sober from 20: 00h eve. That's wrong with what the staff says above, they said too. Gynecologist (chief physician) was keen to prescribe the iron infusion although she knew that I did not tolerate the infusion quite well the last time! The father-in-law operated on an incorrect cyst. And with the husband said the (chief physician): he has the constipation from high blood pressure and must take the whole life strong medication (beta-blocker). He was absolutely wrong, because as soon as the constipation was gone (two days later) the blood pressure was back to normal!
The grandfather after the prostate OP has survived two months! So, get rich now! We have tolerated enough! Never again !

Visited patient at the GZO 4 times in the last few weeks. Amazingly, I never had to give my contact details, although the patient would hardly have been able to do that himself in his condition. On the med. Station theoretically visits possible without reporting to the station .. had to wait longer until someone was there .. that was astonishing because the number of visitors is not controlled, especially in the evening and on weekends .. otherwise friendly staff .. human .. sympathetic

Unfortunately, I was often a stationary in the GZO, but I was well cared for at all times and felt very well looked after. Also, I have a good impression as a visitor and appreciate the good offer in the cafeteria.

At the end of July 2018 I had a major operation performed by Dr. Plaschy. The defective hip joint prosthesis had to be replaced. The not so easy operation is very well done and a big compliment to Dr. med. Plaschy and his team. The care in the hospital Wetzikon was very good during the whole stay. The whole staff always very friendly and helpful. Also one could always count on the help of the Asistenzaerzte and the nursing staff. Now after 12 weeks I can say that everything went very well. I am Dr. Plaschy and his team very grateful. After all, a long suffering period could be ended.

Hi we are at emergency station at 23:30 clock to about 07:00 morning we have been waiting for an ear inflammation, it has been said that only a doctor is working at the moment. Can I just not understand such a large hospital man must wait about 7 hours ....... or is now also saved in the hospital for employees ????

Absolute nightmare, especially gynecology. As the last option, you shouldn't even consider this hospital.

I have already taken my 6 year old son to this emergency room twice already. Bad experience. Huge waiting regardless of the child's age (waiting in a closet from 21.30 to 23 !!!) And rightly he fell asleep on the cot. Shameful

Supper fast treatment very nice dear staff, 5 years ago I was on the same day of the week for about the same time there and since there are worlds happened. It was really great and I'm really glad that I was there.

THE GZO IS A VERY GOOD HOSPITAL: FRIENDLY, COMPETENT, READY TO HELP EVEN AT HALF THREE NIGHT IN AN EMERGENCY
INTERNAL MEDICINE ALWAYS HAS A RESPECTFUL, PROFESSIONAL DEALING WITH PATIENTS, IT IS IN A GOOD MOOD.

Staff not friendly, very very very long wait time in emergency station. Even if you're dying, nobody notices it.
First and last time I will be there.

For non-medical professionals it is difficult (impossible would be more appropriate) to assess the professional competence. After a few stays as a patient and as a relative, I can only pass on my personal feelings. In all contacts I found that I came across very friendly and empathetic employees (doctors, nursing staff, reception in an emergency), the demeanor of the employees was very confident without appearing arrogant. The security radiated competence and always gave me the feeling that I was in the right place. Despite the enormous pressure under which all the staff have to work in today's cost-sensitive times, I never got the feeling that there was too little time for me as a patient. Today's reception and treatment in the emergency department was characterized by natural friendliness and extremely high professional competence. Thanks to the whole team for this competent and humane treatment of the patients.

What happens in this hospital is unacceptable .... appointments postpone x_mal, incompetent professionals, pudding in every respect, 18 months pain after birth, and nothing is done, everything is covered up .... I am disappointed and angry, that the ladies and gentlemen doctors seemingly can afford everything and can not stand to their mistakes ..... if I would do my work so unmotivated, unequivocal and without any responsibility, I would be unemployed all my life, it is shameful and unworthy to any patient ..... that's not a hospital, that's a shame, you're ashamed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER GO TO THE GYNECOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT. I HAD A MISSING BIRD AND THE INSTITUTE THAT MAN MANY TREATED ME AS ITSELF AS SOWISO WAS NOT GOING GOOD, THE GYNECOLOGICAL TEAM WAS VERY NAUGHTY. SIEN SAYED "I CAN NOT COME WITHOUT BOOKING, ALL DOCTORS ARE OPERATING AND I MUST WAIT A LONG TIME". AS I MEET THE MEANT I WAITED 5 MINUTES !! BUT FOR THE FIRST TIME SAY HOW THE HARE IS RUNNING. I DO ALWAYS WORK IN THE SPITAL ON THE EMERGENCY AND NEVER WORK SO WITH MY PATIENTS, ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENT OF A FAULT BIRTH.

I WAS OPERATED THEN. THE OPERATION WAS PLEASED AND I GOT ASHERMAN SYNDROME !! WHEN I ASKED IT, NOBODY HAD TAKEN ME AGAIN, I HAVE THE PERIOD WEIGHT BECAUSE IT IS WITH ME HEADBOX IS BLABLA ... THEREFORE I KNOW MY BODY.

Conclusion; I HAD TO LOSE A X SPECIALIST TO HAMBURG ME 2X. AFTER MONTHS THE EMPLOYEE OF GYNECOLOGY ASKED ME AS EMAIL AND ALTHOUGH I REALLY HAD ASHERMAN. I ANSWERED AND SAID THAT I HAD AND THERE WAS ME EXTREMELY MIES GO ... ALSO FINANCIAL I HAD BIG BROKEN SINCE NO DISCOUNT I PAID HAS. YES I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BE OPERATED TO THE UNIVERSITY OF ME, BUT MY TRUST WILL BE AWAY FROM THE SWISS DOCTORS !!! AS I STILL HAVE A KINDERWUNSCHES IT WAS IMPORTANT TO BE OPERATED BY AN A-LISTER !!!

CONCLUSION: I HAD NO EXCUSE OR ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CIRCUMSTANCES I HAD. WHEN I APPEARED AND WANTED TO TALK THE DOCTOR, I WAS ONLY AGAIN BEING VERY NAUGHTY ON THE PHONE, NOBODY HERE AND SOWISO WILL ALL OPERATE ON (NO ONE OPERATES 24 HOURS AND, ESPECIALLY, THE DOCTOR GIVES YES SPOILING TIME).

I had had very good experiences in this hospital after several accidents, with illness of my brother and grandmother. Modern, well furnished, friendly, competent staff.

Very disappointed with the medical service - not to be recommended. Nurses very helpful and kind.

The previous, sometimes very negative, reviews are not understandable for me. The GZO, especially the emergency room, the birth department and the puerperium looked after us excellently and were very empathetic in all situations, communicated clearly (when the shift changed, the flow of information worked very well) and were very competent in our opinion. What made the stay even better: The very good and varied food (also at more than fair prices for the visitors).
So: In the event of an upcoming birth -> GZO Spital Wetzikon must be considered :-)

Gynecology: one of the best gynecologists I could find. Ms. Dr.med Kochanowski is a very competent, warm-hearted gynecologist who puts her heart and soul into the matter. I am completely satisfied from A to Z. Every activity is explained in detail and every time I went home with the best feeling. Thank you so much!

Once upon a time ... ... ... Since some leadership changes, only sad and downhill in many areas. Too bad for all great MA who enter with so much passion and dedication to achieve the best for the patients. This is neither asked nor wanted. Sad development!

In 2017 we were able to experience the GZO as a service provider for a few days at the birth of our son. During all of these days there was not a single situation in which we were not completely satisfied. From the communication to the competence (... and staff in training was perfectly coached, and it was clearly communicated about it), the feeling of welcome, responding to requests including patience for tough decisions by the expectant mother, to the kitchen and the clean Passing on information in the event of shift changes, EVERYTHING was perfect. Here in all, especially to work the right people in the upper positions, otherwise you won't get such a team spirit and this motivation - brilliant!

Had to wait 1 hour for a CD from the Ct. Quite a few people came after me and had di cd in front of me.
Although it was said it is 10 to 15 minutes.

At this point, a heartfelt thank you to the nursing service of the intensive care unit and the team of the 8th floor! You are doing a great job and that is certainly not always easy !!! even as a member of the family I appreciate their helpfulness. THANK YOU !!

I was in the emergency room at the GZO Spital Wetzikon tonight from the 23rd to the 24th of December 2018. It was no big crowd at 3 o'clock. The blood for the diagnosis was made by a young doctor and a nurse and was anything but professional. And at the end, the plaster was also stuck next to the wound. So the disinfection was ineffective and I hope I have not caught anything yet.

Not recommendable.
Went into an emergency with a stab in the groin, after waiting 3 hours I was informed that you could not do any ultrasound examinations during the night. You can rule out an inguinal hernia without an examination. The only fact is that there are no inflammation values from taking blood.
No professional treatment and diagnoses based on feelings and not on facts / results. No search for a cause, just the exclusion of possibilities.
Already in several cases in the family environment.

Experienced, friendly staff who take their time and stay calm even in emergencies. Had to come on a Saturday evening due to a household accident; were very well received, the nurses and doctors always explained what was going to happen, wounds were well cared for, someone kept looking in, an X-ray was taken and assessed immediately, and two friendly surgeons performed a small operation, all in the course of less Hours.

Really a - given the circumstances - a very good experience.
