They need to improve the subject of monitors. There is no doubt that they are good and prepared but some give the impression of not being very interested in dealing with the client. I have been in this gym since they opened and no monitor has ever come to show up or ask if I need any help as usual in all gyms. A monitor is the best public relations in a gym, smiling and saying good morning costs nothing.

Despite this inconvenience, easy to solve with good disposition, the Gymage is a great gym.

The facilities they have for aesthetics are equipped with the latest in beauty. Highly recommended facial treatments and the laser they have is a pass. Without a doubt, GYMAGE is my quintessential beauty center.

They sat us in these small cubes when there were more than enough tables available considering this was early afternoon. Slow service. We ended up leaving the place.

Impressive terrace in the center of Madrid, although unfortunately the views are nothing from the other world. Three outdoor levels with all kinds of comforts (hammocks, sofas, sofa beds ...) and an impressive decoration, all white and mordene-looking. Great service. My friends and I wanted a table outside but didn t have a booking and they allowed us to sit at the vip tables free of charge. It s a very unusual rooftop, the view is nice, the atmosphere is relaxed and the prices are ok.

Stopped by to check out the gym and sign up for two month but was told that we could not take a look at the gym before signing up. Then asked if we can at least see pictures of the gym but was told no. The staff at the front desk was also very rude and was annoyed that someone came to sign up for the gym.

Fantastic urban terrace located in the penthouse of the old Luna Cinemas, with a somewhat Art Deco decoration and an infinity pool, it is a fantastic place to relax having dinner or having a drink at reasonable prices.

I love the site and the people who work are good professionals in general, but I had an unpleasant experience with a manager who in my claim sheet says that I asked for a free drink like the ones at the next table and that she did not give it to me because I'm not holding an umbrella over it like them and the truth is that it did, the only difference was that it didn't hit me on the leg like the girl next door, but it soaked my cell phone and threw the drink on me. Very disastrous, overcrowded, they charge you 14 (if you order a gyntonic) for a drink in a corner where they put a fan that could be about 50 cm from my face ... very uncomfortable. And on top of the cup, in my case a pina colada in a plastic cup ... anyway. Despite having asked the whole group for drinks and beers for having a bottle of water on the table they forced us to keep it. At no time was it used to drink during the stay. I will not return and in Madrid there are a thousand better places. A pity that you miss the space with such a terrible service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

The gym is crowded. Obviously what matters is the benefit, but training any afternoon during the week is almost mission impossible. Rare is the exercise where you do not have to share a machine or wait. Finding free one of the banks is almost a miracle. And it is not uncommon that on Monday or Tuesday we have to wait for some treadmill to be free.
The monitors are mostly in decorative design. You see people doing this or that exercise badly, but they do not say anything. You see much more personal trainers ...
To have occupied the entire building, the space dedicated to the gym, although from the outside it does not look like it, is quite small and many neighborhood gyms have more equipment / space.
Having to carry a lock for the ticket office is also a bit cumbersome. It would be good that like in other gyms, the ticket office could open and close with the bracelet that they give to access.

Terrible. The woman behind the bar in gymage theatre was very unpleasant, and it's not cheap.

I was there a year ago and I loved it, the atmosphere, the views are very nice and are appreciated in the center.
However, when I returned this year, I was disappointed to see that the quality of the service has decreased greatly. I spent half a quarter of an hour trying to get the attention of the waiters to attend to me, even though, except for a couple, the rest didn't look too busy. I also tried to order directly at the bar and they invited me to return to my table not in the best ways and when they finally started serving us they only brought two drinks (of five that we had ordered) and for the rest they made us wait another good time.
Try to avoid the high tables because they are so modern that they are not straight and the drinks fall off easily and if you expect to clean yourself with the mini servilla that they give you as a head, you manage.
In summary for the amount of terraces that there are in Madrid, I doubt that it will return unless the batteries are put into improving customer service.

We love this place, the views are spectacular and the place is a real blast, with the pool and lights. I recommend going during the week, on weekends there is a line to enter and a lot of posturing. As for the food ... Little variety, not much quantity and fair quality. Better go to dinner for a drink. The staff, in general, is very friendly.

Linear classes without deep cardio-vascular training program. Room monitors do seem to be a little more trained, but not all. It has very bad conditioning since you cook in summer and in winter it is cold in the bathrooms. It is a gym to see and be seen but not to train seriously except for the dumbbell area. If you don't have anything else to get out of the way, it's mediocre. In addition the fee is expensive for what they offer. Very bad facilities.
