Gym Gymage Review

Nice and pretty place but poorly managed. The waiters are not very friendly, they seem more like disco porters. When you have a reservation they sit you at tables where there are no good views and you have another table almost right next to it. The food is not bad but a bit expensive for what it is. I would go back but only to have something that, curiously, is when they put you at the best table.

A beautiful terrace and very central restaurant lounge. Style and decoration Very good atmosphere and a current letter. Cocktails and longdrinks enlivened with the best music. Good place if you want to relax in the downtown area.

I went with some friends with the idea of having a drink in the afternoon and they did not let us in because we were going with a child. They hide in that alcoholic beverages are served, something rare in a bar, I imagine. Terrible. This place is trying so hard to be classy it's funny, the terrace is badly maintained, only teenagers hang out there...the drink list was sticky and dirty, we ordered drinks and they took about 20 minutesbto bring them over, I checked with the waiter if they were coming and he said he would check and dissappeared again. The terrace was cold and we got tired of waiting so left. Unfortunately it is not what i expected from Gymage. It is also on a dodgy road were prostitute argue out loud...avoid.

The gym is fine but it is expensive. Upstairs with a rest / design bar, good views.

The herbalist has a large selection of teas and other natural products. I cross half the city to go there.

It is not what I expected, try to crowd so many people is a decrimento for the attention and the environment that is expected from the site, the drinks are good, we ask for tapas that never arrived, we lasted 30 min and another butterfly thing we were not comfortable, the truth is that the views are not appreciated or enjoyed with so many people. My experience has been terrible, we were having dinner with friends and we had to wait 20 minutes and we had reservations.
First we ordered the drinks, after a while they informed us that they did not have any of the wines we ordered from the menu, they offer us other alternatives that are more expensive but we still ask for them. When they serve us wine, they bring it to us in plastic cups , when we tell the waiter he says "we do not have glass, today you all agreed to drink wine, so Reina, is what there is" truth is that that answer left us hallucinating! They were not able to have a detail with us, neither for the waiting time nor for the bad service.
So the mediocre service, normal food, expensive price and spectacular views.

A place I really wanted to go! We booked for dinner on the terrace and when it was cold we asked to change the table and there was no problem. The dishes we ordered are delicious, especially the risotto. In the end the price is like that of a Foster but with better quality.

Then we go out to the terrace to have a coktail, the price is a bit expensive in relation to the quantity but I suppose you pay the location.

I will return without a doubt, I loved it!

They have a problem with reservations. The prices are quite good compared to the rest of the terraces. The special thing about this place is the surroundings and its great terrace and the selection of music. The food has improved a lot. Adjusted terrace menu, rich burgers and basic. I insist careful with reservations and schedules. Under star, the food fails again but the attention is great and charge for the bread 1 each and the 350ml Coca is exaggerated.

The concept of the gym is very good! since within the same building they have different areas: an event room, spa, hairdresser, gym and a terrace with restaurant on the top floor. Very well equipped! My favorite classes are: spinning, zumba and body combat, the teachers are trained and motivate the class a lot!

A very very cool summer terrace in the center of Madrid, highly recommended, a restaurant very well catered for although it would put a little more on the menu.

my friends and I visited here on sunday with a 6 person reservation for the pool (they told us over the phone that we could) and when we got there we had absolutely nothing put down for us. not only were the rude to us, but multiple people told us different things that didn t add up, making the only option to pay 50 to get pool access when others were getting in only paying 17 ... we speak decent spanish and had no problem trying to communicate our problem however they had 0 patience for us. definitely will not reccomend any of my friends to visit this place on a nice summer day.

Something expensive in cocktails not satisfied by that aspect, the waiters are in a hurry if there are many people, a very crowded place if you have a good table with great views but you have spent silly

We have been to brunch, it is quite abundant, although the welcome cocktail does not correspond to the time of brunch. I was expecting a mimosa. The food was quite good and the closed terrace a great success. We made reservation even though no one was there.

We went to eat a la carte today 12/6/2017, and honestly very disappointing the truth. It took 15 min to bring the drinks and why did I ask for them. And this is because I have noticed and the waiters do not have a defined range of work (each time we were served by a different one). And for his second course, we also had to wait about 12 min. In conclusion he slow and lousy service, although the food was not bad.

As for the general atmosphere of the site, I do not go in to assess because on tastes everyone has their own. But the pool (which is what I paid 19 euros for) is dirty, cloudy, smells bad and has bugs and algae. The entire top layer is a layer of oil from the use of creams. All of this happens when cleanliness is not addressed or maintained. We were told that it was clean from the previous week and it goes without saying that a pool (and more so with so much public use) must be maintained daily. Very loud music, techno / house type. The normal food, we ordered a salad and when they brought us the bill they had charged us one euro more for each item, when we asked them they said it was a mistake, but it sounded like trying to sneak a little here or a little there. The only positive is that both the girl and the boy who attended us were very friendly. I do not recommend this site at all if you want to use it for swimming in the pool, plus the pool should be about 8x2 or so.

Very central location, a few meters from the Plaza de Callao, ideal for a few drinks with friends as it is located on the roof of the old movie theaters and has unbeatable views. It has armchairs and Lebanese beds where you can lie down and relax while having a drink or a cocktail, the price is somewhat high but you have to take into account the location

Gymage is the great gym in Madrid and the terrace is unique, great vibe and good cocktails.

The service given by the head of the room has been disastrous. The chairs and tables away from the terrace are crowded and have made us move on several occasions to keep putting people on the terrace. I will not be back, the service is not even the shadow of what it was.

Parts of it are ok but the pools feel like a public pool more than a rooftop pool premium place.

The gym facilities leave a lot to be desired.
Changing rooms almost always dirty with leaks and dampness, they never change the gym machinery, this old one and some cracked carpets.
And it's a shame being where the gym is.

The waiters are more attentive to posturing and flirting than to serving customers, they take a long time to bring the dishes, there is no organization among the staff, groups of three talking and not attending, the food is nothing to write home about, you pay for the place and period. Terrace is very nice, service is polite, Copas are excellent and the vibe is great. There is a pool on the terrace which completes the atmosphere. Small food was also very tasty. Nice place for afternoon chill, djs, great music. Will come back surely.

We ve been here for a lunch and afternoon and we had to pay before being served as if we were going to steal something...
then we had to wait a lifetime to have umbrellas to protect from the sun... with someone telling us every 10 minutes he would fix it...
Food was disgusting. Those who took salads were served 40 minutes before the others.
As we are travellers, they knew they would not see us again so they did nt care about what we said.
Toi bad with 10 customers happy, we would have stayed longer and bought more things to drink.
Clearly the pool is the only nice thing here.

I booked a bed by the pool for two people; I had already been there on another occasion and it seemed worth repeating. However, I must have been very lucky the other time, since this time there were four English bachelor parties who left no room to bathe, drunk as hell and screaming. We couldn't even stay until 6pm as it was unbearable. The disastrous service, with so many people it was impossible to find a waiter so we left without having completed the account that we had prepaid.
I think they should take care of the image a little more (the people who were in the restaurant, seeing the panorama, will never reserve in the pool) and, if such a situation arises, at least take action, since they did not care exactly the same. It is clear that I will not repeat.

Prepare to be ignored (at least at night). First a rude man making sure you have to wait to use the lift. Then being told off when u try to sit down because somebody should tell u where to sit..but after that they loose interest in you. After being ignored for 15minutes we left and went to a bar where they wanted to serve us.

A beautiful terrace in the center of Madrid, overlooking the city center. It is cool that in the end they did not build the pool, it is cool to have something inside it covered with grass, and the "hammocks" are super cool and very comfortable. The terrace is above a gym.

Excellent place to enjoy the best views of Madrid. With a lounge atmosphere and chill out music, it offers you the best cocktails and drinks.

We were waiting a lot to enter, but it was understandable to be a Saturday at 19:30. The waiter was very nice, most of them are latinos and they have very good vibes. There are hookahs, cocktails, smoothies and you can even eat. We missed something to snack with the drinks, and they were not as big for what they cost, but the terrace was very good. It has a small covered area and most of it is outdoors. There is a small pool too. In general it was good, we will be back!

The gym seems very cool to me. Normally it is sometimes very full and the air conditioning is extremely low. So the heat overwhelms you. The staff that works in the gym is amazing

Despite not being the best experience, it was not bad. The only downside is that they want to get too much out of space. This makes free movement uncomfortable and turns going to the table as an obstacle course, even for its own staff it is uncomfortable, the waiters seem like a tightrope walker on a cable avoiding putting one foot out of the wire.
At a nearby table, one of them turning, knocked down a bottle and almost made a mess. With luck, it was only part of the spilled liquid.
Dinner was oxtail croquettes, lobster cream, marinated salmon salad, hake,

The tonic was warm so the gintonic had no bubbles, and the waitress dropped another drink on us because is way too crowded..... not happy

The gym is crowded in the afternoon. They have raised 10 euros this month the plan through Gympass.

Also, to access the site during low traffic (7-10 AM), they charge an extra 5 euros (apart from the 10 that I mentioned).

On the other hand, the cardio machines are quite old, the mounts for mobile phones do not allow more than 5 inches.

It is a postureous site but with spectacular views of Madrid. The food is not bad but it is not anything special, I would say that of a little something. I recommend it especially for a drink. Nice views of Madrid, but you can no longer bathe or cool off in the pool without paying the extra, the glasses are served in plastic cups. The "sofas" are also not comfortable ... A shame because the place is great!

In the gym from the reception to the trainers they deserve a resounding 10, but in summer you cannot train because of the heat and in winter you have to go with a blanket. After group classes you have to wait to get a shower and bench to support your things or sit down.
