Very pleasant climate, nice people and very competent !!!

Cannot join the positive reviews, found the organization messy and unprofessional.

In the course of the realignment, an extensive strategy process was created and implemented. The outstanding methodological skills paired with a high level of empathy for the respective situation and the appropriate implementation speed led to success without anyone being "left behind". I can highly recommend Mr. Wegenberger's team - especially with complex change processes - and wish him continued success!

My experiences with the test procedure and the GWO team were very positive. Professional acting of the actors paired with a sophisticated test system that presents strengths and weaknesses above all with the most different categories (you also want to specifically strengthen your weaknesses) have made me very satisfied. Gladly again!

Very professional selection process for management position, with the possibility to get valuable and detailed feedback despite rejection. A process lasting several hours (you are not used to it) but still a very pleasant and appreciative climate
