I am experiencing the same problem and the phone listed is disconnected. Medicare says that the doctor never filed a claim.
While I had no problems with the actual service, I did have a problem with the fact they reported on my credit a late bill that I was never even in receipt of. If a company fails to bill a patient or customer but then reports it on their credit report as a late bill, I believe the company should also be held liable for any damage that they have now provided this customer. I attempted to call the number that I could find on Google but the number was disconnected. Because I have never been billed, I do not have the actual information on how to contact this company to resolve this billing matter. I will in future times refuse to use the services of this company and my provider will either have to come up with another company to provide the same service or I will also change my provider.
