Experience in pre-operation Caring staff who do not hesitate to re explain the various stages that will follow. The appointments are done on a timed manner between the surgeon, the anesthesia, and the nurse, all with great listening. To see during the operation but have the feeling of a human treatment and not a patient case kg at first glance. Not disappointed to make this choice.
There are waiting times in the blocks but we do not handle emergencies. They do what they can.

Today appointment in ENT at 12h it is 14h50 and we are still in the waiting room and we just learned that the doctor has gone to lunch. I pity patients in the afternoon they are not about to pass. Frankly it is inadmissible the lack of consideration for the sick. In the end the ENT, we took consultation at 15h45 without apology naturally it is used for what.

Very nice staff; But failing organization: not an appointment with less than 2 to 3 hours late ... and in some services, total lack of respect for the patient: date of intervention postponed, then postponed, then postponed ....... ; it makes you feel happy if you are warned by simple mail 2 or 3 days before !!!!!!

Support for 5 years without problem, I was changed oncologist since September 2016, since I have only problems .: mepris and arrogance of this oncologist who forgot that before being a researcher, he had to heal people. This gentleman remains reachable even though my doctor is trying to reach him, and I have problems with the treatment that this oncologist has prescribed. I feel like a guinea pig! Give me my other oncologist!

A big thank you to the staff of this institution who was able to treat a breast tumor at home. My doctor had recommended this facility. I arrived with a lot of doubts, but they were able to explain to me and find the words to accompany me in the treatment of the tumor. I am now healed and relieved. I was a nurse student at the Gustave Roussy Institute, I was very poorly supervised and treated. In the 3rd year of nursing they expect that the student knows all, and refuses any errors or no knowledge. When questions arise, the health professionals at this institute do not answer them or exaggerate their discontents.
Several people of my promotion were at the same time internship at this place and was discouraged or even disgusted ... some are put in sick leave, others have stopped the internship ... in short if you do not have them strong nerves and if you are not 100% on your level of training do not go there especially.

I arrived for an appointment with my oncologist on Friday morning. I arrived with great difficulty because I suffered for over a week of chest pain and I had no where little sleep for 3 days since these pains prevented me from lying down to sit down without help . My oncologist offered me emergency hospitalization because I had already done a lung radio, a chest CT scan and a cardiac ultrasound in the area where I live .... So I find myself in the morning around 10:30 or 11am in the emergency room after several hours I had a blood test and then ended up putting me in a bed and a room where there were already 2 people and I stayed all night on drips with vas and come from the sound of nurses or doctor which opens the light without stopping when you try to sleep, which has been impossible so even more tired. I had a room late afternoon of Saturday (17:30).
I had to go back to have less noise and said to me "You are in emergency" I said "so, we have no right to rest, respect to sleep?" I said "it is a lack of respect for the patient! In the room the advice is to leave the open day in the day except that it is the same, no discretion that noise so to sleep I Asked to close the door but my partner took my earplugs and blindfolded, otherwise the staff was very active and fit but I was not.

11 months ago we came here looking for a clinical trial for my 26-year-old son Marc, suffering from leukemia. There was no time to enter any protocol, but the human and professional treatment we received, we will never forget. Thanks to all the team that served us, especially Dr. Manuela (sorry I don't remember her last name) and the head of service where we were admitted 2 days, who so correctly advised us in such hard and hard times

Hospital disrespectful, which makes patients wait 4 hours minimum whether for a meeting with the doctors lambda, or worse for a chemo. I find it unacceptable to keep a sick person waiting for so long and without giving him explanations, and it's the same thing at every appointment!

An appointment must be the meeting of a common availability.
And when you arrive late you patient or family have to justify yourself.

Since my arrival at the Gustave Roussy Institute until I left, I felt like in a factory! No step was humanizing.
The excuse for me was having to wait standing in front of the doctor's door while he was in consultation with the previous patient, when we were told "the doctor will open the door", and especially knowing that the door is located only a few steps from the waiting room. This practice is absurd!
In addition, the consultation for a surgery !!!, lasted 10 minutes. This is really not acceptable.
I hope that this Institute will have the opportunity to better reflect on its practices, in order to accommodate human beings with dignity, and not objects in a chain of operations.
It's a shame!

Look forward to being able to benefit from the services of a public establishment which, of course, is not perfect, but which does its utmost to avoid suffering and misfortunes. When I read the comments of people who have lost a loved one, I understand their sadness and anger, even if these feelings distort their point of view through the lens of pain. But when I read the comments of those who waited half an hour longer or who were not answered on time on the phone, I want to be rude. Thank you Gustave Roussy for taking care of my case.
