The rep name Terry located in CA territory is not a professional. very bad attitude not like the other.

Horrible they don't honor your contracts, the head of the department will screw up on redlines, which I saved in a separate file to CMA, then when you show her that it was what she did, she doesn't like it. They try to teach you Revit, and you stay quiet to not be rude, and just smile and say thanks. Her little suck up the second in charge don't trust that guy, he'll talk smack behind your back, then he'll take your ideas and say they're his. He told me one time I gave him some ideas " That's a good idea, I'll present it to them and see what they say" It's a snakes nest. All the other cad techs are nice guys, all quiet and hardworking. The rest of the staff is very nice, but the cad head and fatboy, beware of them. They are only looking out for their interest not the company's. One more thing instead of the head of the department redlining everything at once, if she feels threatened she will redline a couple of things, than redline a couple of things more, than redline a couple of things more. Instead of doing it all at once and being done with it, so that she can have some excuse to say your not doing something right. So beware, if you're looking for a cad tech job, this would not be the place I would recommend to anyone, till they change those 2 to people that actually care about the company and not themselves and their job security. And by the way The head of the department and the second in charge went to school together and have been with the company 4 years, they have that place on lockdown, need I say more?

Great company to work with. The Drafting Manager Kim Tonione is an outstanding individual, very professional, and has a heart of gold. She truly cares about her team's success and honors her promises. The entire staff has been excellent to work with and there is a family-type culture that you don't find at many companies.
