It's a smaller shop, but the staff could not have been more helpful. Prices are very reasonable, and service is unbeatable. I love going to local music shops, and will come here for any consumables I need in the future. (Picks, Strings, Cables, etc.)

Best guitar/music store I've ever had the please of visiting. Solid deals and great prices buddy of my was able to trade a orange bass amp for a 4x10 cabinet and I was able to get a Hagstorm III for 500$ after he cut 50$ of the price for me. The staff there were great and very friendly. Will definitely be returning even though it's an hour drive for me :)

Great service and super friendly staff. Perfect place for kids (and adults) to take guitar lessons.

This place is awesome. You avoid the constant noise and lack of personal space you get from major stores. There owner is extremely knowledgeable and always happy to see you when you come in, whether it's to shop or play. I have purchased a 12 string Washburn, and a 5 string Ibenez bass guitar from here and have had a great experience each time.

Gutar City is the coolest place to hang out in the boring city of Columbus. Brian gets all of the coolest and most unique guitars and they always have great prices. A store like this puts even Guitar Center to shame.

Can always count on them to help with cords and adapters needed for mobile entertainment business. If they don't have item in stock, they gladly order and call when it arrives.

I've had many, many dealings with Guitar City and I've never had a bad experience. I've purchased my entire PA system, most of my guitars, amps, etc from them. I've done lots of trade-ins and have always been treated very fairly. The store itself has way more character than the big chain stores. Very cool local shop, we're lucky to have it in our town!
