They go too far in thinking they are actual police, waiting for Car service to pick me up and it was raining extra hard so while waiting under the walk way , security told me to leave i was trespassing , i told him i was waiting for car , he said to go across the street and wait under the Lite Rail He started yelling at me lol so i then told hm to get a way from me he decided to grab me so i told him to call the police because he just violate me i proceeded into the Bufflo Wild Wings to prevent any further action on my part!! towards him while the police came . He left the scene . I git the information today and now will proceed with full legal recourse.

I have screenshots of the big boss (owner) of this company texting an employee (a supervisor on one of the sites) calling them worthless and talking down to them. This company will look for reasons to fire you as well as make things up to be able to properly fire you the pay isn t worth the stress and harassing texts and neither are the benefits

I wouldn't recommend it for work as a security guard due to a very hostile and immature environment that regularly puts you in a position of compromised integrity and liability heavy business practices. Poor communication and poor professionalism in an already trying profession makes me unable to recommend

Better options exist.

What an amazing group of people. We hired 12 guards for a large event recently and I can't rave enough. Very professional and courteous. Due to the size of the event, they showed up with a team leader who checked in with me the entire night to make sure everything was going as planned. Seamless event!

We hired 2 guards for our office and they exceeded our expectations! They were able to accommodate our needs with short notice and were very responsive. The guards were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. We will definitely use their services again!

This company couldn't be more unprofessional. I work two shifts for this company and they fired me from an allegation someone saying I I solicit something illegal. In from a mere allegation they fired me not even a just complaint. They will not pay you what you're worth despite you being trained. If they were fair I would tell anyone to work for them but that's not the case. For the sake of your time so it does not go wasted please look for work elsewhere.

I worked for this company for 9 months. In that time I was given room to grow and learn my true potential. I cannot suggest this company enough as an employer. It was a new challenge every day. I will be able to take the skills I learned everywhere I go. As far as a customer perspective I worked closely in the operations side and the response time of the officers is punctual and they do not leave until the job is done. This company goes above and beyond to accommodate their clients and residents. The company motto is to never say no and they take that very seriously. Definitely a company that is worth it.

Poor service. Call and maybe they show up. I called them at 4am this morning to alert them of at least 2 vehicle break ins. Of course got an answering machine... I had already called the police, but was calling gaurdus as a courtesy. I won't waste that dime ever again.

I had an interview for a bookkeeper position with Guardus Security last month. I understand that someone else may have been hired but it is totally unprofessional not to send a quick email thanking the applicant for their time. And another thing, I doubt if anyone from World War 1 is going to be trying to get a job there so you may want to stop asking people about serving during that time on your application. (Seriously people, it's on there.)

Where were you guys?? At 1AM, my wife and I observed 2 guys in the parking lot of our apartment checking car doors. I called 3 times and no one answered, we had to leave a voicemail. (I waited, you guys never showed and never called me back). The property manager tells us (residents) to call security for any problems, but that's a little difficult if you guys don't answer the phone or even come to the property.
