I highly recommend Guardian Trust to my clients and have for years. As a Board Certified Elder Law attorney I need to know the people I send my client's to will be cared for. I never worry when I make a referral to this group.
Guardian Trust is a very well organized, professionally run, accountable, highly ethical and trustworthy Trust company. They help shelter money (small or large) for disabled people to remain eligible for government benefits. My Aunt died last year and she gave me money. Most banks only open Trust accounts for large sums of money $300,000 and more. Guardian accepts small amounts of money for disabled people with their pool trust. Guardian also has a foundation that opens accounts as Trustee for private money like an inheritance from a Will. Guardian's fee's are very reasonable compared to paying a Private Trustee. Guardian has a very successful broker the money is invested. Guardian also prepares the yearly tax form. And I don't have to pay thousands of more dollars every year to pay an attorney to represent Guardian let ke I had to with a Private Trustee.
I have been working with Guardian Trust for over 5 years with many of my elder and special needs planning clients. They are fantastic at what they do, and I would recommend them for everyone.

I cant say Enough about Guardian Trust. They are Extremely Friendly & Helpful . Today Liz went above & Beyond to Help me send invoices. She is So helpful throughout the Almost 2 Years i have been using The Guardian Trust!! Any problem I Have they will Solve and They quickly make payments to Credit Card Company for Distributions. I have had Jovanna , Johanna Tracy and others. I am very Happy with them. At First i was reluctant about a Trust But Liz and the Others Quickly changed my mind. I recommend GT 100%!!
