I have worked for Guardian Service Industries for 6 years. This is a wonderful company to work for in many respects. First and foremost, they truly care about their employees. Guardian is a family owned company and they extend that family atmosphere throughout the company making you feel appreciated and a valuable part of their business. They extend trust to their employees, compensation and benefits are excellent and upper management always has the time to listen to you. It truly is a pleasure working for and with them.

Amazing and welcoming experience! With my experience gained with guardian i am able to learn and be familiar with various tools, sprays, and machines, and other things as a porter and this is very spectacular as they even encourage you to keep going letting you know how great of worker you are. This is a great company to work with whether you are temporary or permanent! Thank you to Lillian and Brittney the dispatchers and the office staff who guided me in and through the application the first and second time i was there, and more times in the times ahead! I love working at Guardian. I am constantly learning new things and I am given quite a lot of freedom to pitch my ideas. Everyone at the workplace is really friendly too.

All the employees here have been working for decades now and they wouldn't have it any other way. The office location is great and can be accessed through any part of the city tbh. They have free lunches on Wednesdays and personally, I love their selection of coffee and tea.

Worse company ever no professionalism I started working for this company in December its now May an I am being ghosted by the company. Its been 2 full weeks not one word from my supervisor saying if im even being let go. I have called and texted yet still no word!!! Let alone an assignment. So so soooo unprofessional. Now rent is due an i dnt even kn how or who to call. Then the union has the nerve to charge me $150!! They dnt insure your safe of having a secure an permanent position!!
