A little hard to get I and out of but the staff more than make up for it.
We started a claim on Jan 26 2021. We still have no answers on what will be replaced as we had a water leak. We have been calling and no one will return our calls. I understand that some of the responsibilities fall on the adjuster that was appointed to us, she has been useless. Not returning phone calls, saying stuff wasn t damaged and removing it from the estimate which we finally seen 2 weeks ago. I would not recommend anyone use this company if they expect answers or help when you have problems! They are a big disappointment. Once the renewal is up, we re out!
If we soon don t get a resolution I assume a lawyer will have to get involved as I am done!
Company does not return calls. A simple approved claim taking longer than 5 months to pay out. Company they hired to remove claimed item, stole from yard.
We cancelled the insurance in March, then this company mail a letter to charge us in May.
Then we noticed that last March, we told them to buy RV insurance from March to October, they give us a label for RV till October, however, they charged us from March last year to March this year.
Called them many times, nobody answered the phone.
This company is a rip off, I cancelled my motorcycle insurance with them in July and they are still charging my credit card! To make things really more "scan like", they send me a reimbursement for two months, but didn't stop charging my card. I wouldn't recommend this business for anyone wanting to have a trustful insurance provider and peace of mind.
