World class facility? Next joke please! Managers, Supervisors and the team leaders are horrendous at there jobs, they have no clue, they don't listen to the lads about anything, all they care about is NUMBERS NUMBERS NUMBERS, theres no parts to build on the lines or the machine went down so how can we hit our numbers .... thats not an excuse is the reply the lads get ...... a mean seriously come on, they have no idea how to talk to the workers or do there management job....what once was a great factory and place to work in has now basically been run into the ground, money and bonuses get taken off you for someone else's mistake that had nothing to do with you, the place is just horrible to work in. Stay clear of this place!!

Absolute shambles of a company . The management is a joke they blame everyone but them self s . I would stay away from this company they have no idea how to treat employees it s been run into the ground . Lads are treat terrible
Absolute laugh of a factory, run by people who couldn't organise a children's birthday party. There is more managers than actual workers who make the money, they treat you so bad its depressing, they take money and bonuses of you, don't see managers losing money for the mistakes or absolute poor management they make. the managers don't care about anyone but them self's because they get paid enough money not to care, they force people out of work. They get rid of people illegally. They let all sorts go to there customers. Absolute laugh of a company.
