Bunch of fraudsters. Better to throw away your appliance than giving it to them for repairs.

worst service one can ever get. Felt like a dummy service centre where people does nothing except just talk. You pass by person to person with no outcome even after multiple follow ups.

Purchased a 15 fin heater of Russell Hobbs from dealership in Model Town. Dealership said they will reach after one day and it's been 4 days no one has visited. Even email id isn't working.

The heater is deformed and chipped. Bunch of liars.
