Grupotel Ibiza Beach Resort **** Review

Perfect location, few steps from the beach, with a nice view, amazing beach, pure water and friendly staff..
Food is super delicious.
facilities such as swimming pool, bar and gym are really good..
I would like to recommend it for people who want to visit Ibiza..i can say from my experience it is the best hotel in portinatx (which is close to the beach )
the only thing should be improved is the room...it is not suitable for the hotel 4 stars.

Very nice hotel with all conforts. Nice staff and professional and kindly director. Here you can find also good cook with a plentiful buffet. Two very nice swimming pool and a nice skyterrace. Rooms are Wide and confortable. No problem with the parkings the are arround the hotel

Amazing and chilled atmoshere and a georgeous resort

Some of the staff was super friendly and some just arrogant and not helpful at all. We were paying 5 star hotel prices last year including Corona restrictions.. hotel is far away from everything. It was hard to find good food in the area. I cannot recommend booking a vacation at this hotel..

It is nice, clean and comfy. Good for a couple of days isolated from the Ibiza scene. The pools, breakfast and beach are really nice. The room air conditioning was too weak.

I visited this wonderful hotel in July and stayed for two weeks .
The moment we were met at the reception we were warmly welcomed by all the staff .
We knew that this holiday was going to be very different due to COVID-19 however we can honestly say this did not effect our holiday what s so ever and this was down to all of the staff . All staff worked tirelessly to ensure all guest were comfortable and carefree .
Jero , the main man , kind and personable , always making sure we were enjoying our stay and taking the time to stop and chat even when he was clearly very busy.
Abdul - again could not do enough for you and always cheerful .
Bettine - what a beautiful soul she is , made our holiday through her entertainment skills , fitness classes
and sense of humour , she is just brilliant !

Life guards , great part of the team and really friendly
Restaurant staff - Mari and Cheyenne , no better people to ensure you had everything you needed at breakfast , lunch and dinner !
I wish I could remember all the staff s names as from the cleaning team to the management they all played a special part to make our holiday more than we could ever wished for And more.
Make sure you explore,as there is so much beautiful scenery and secret beaches etc to see .
A must is a Sunset boat - just beautiful!

Fab hotel. A pity there's no entertainment at the minute with Covid restrictions, but the staff are doing a great job. Mealtimes are well organised, but could do with a few snacks as we have to wait from 1pm lunch time until 7:30pm evening meal.

Great resort, value for money! Great facilities with really good breakfast. Both pools plus the beach are just heavenly. Will be def going back

Plus points: Nice peaceful adults only hotel. Excellent safe location right on the beach. Staff are laid back, helpful, polite and hardworking. There are 2 pools set among large sprawling beautiful grounds. Two pool bars, one serving snacks. Rooms had flat screen TV a kettle and a fridge. Shower was powerful enough to blow your bonnet off!

Minus points: Too many guests for the size of the dining room, making breakfasts a bit frantic at times.

We had room 29 which was above the kitchen area and were awoken every morning before 6am by noise. Tried to swap rooms but no alternatives were available. They really need to be more considerate to guests!
