The worst provider I've had in hospitality, I made an order for ice cream at the beginning of the week to arrive Thursday, and they don't bring it. I call to claim my order because I need ice cream in my establishment, and they say no, that although they have erred in leaving my business without ice cream they are not responsible. So now I have to wait 3 days to have ice cream in my business.
The worst has been the treatment given by phone where I have lacked respect, since assuming the error they leave me without ice cream.
