To start they give you an appointment for your exams and are punctual. Additionally they called me several times because they had a mishap with a team and could not deliver the results on time, which I thanked in this city and thus not waste my time.

To improve, I would have appreciated the results sent to my office due to the inconvenience and the results in digital would be very suitable for archiving them.
