Lovely and friendly place. Not much in the way of entertainment at night but a walk to old town and you have everything you need. Clean spacious and always enough sunbeds . Staff wonderful.

An wonderful hotel....with a great panorama and sea view....with kind staff and very clean rooms and good food ....
We spent a 10 day family holiday at this hotel, it's a nice big hotel with good pool area, rooms are basic but clean and have a decent sized balcony with some fantastic views, staff very friendly & the buffet has a good variety of dishes, More
Stayed here in 2003...lovely room....though wrong side of Benidorm for the night life.
Food was ok (average) and plentiful. My room was very clean. It was air conditioned and it was also quiet after the entertainment finished at midnight. I liked the hotel and would stay there again.
A 4+ stars hotel with amazing seaside views and Benidorm skyscrapers!!! Great clean rooms with large bathrooms located in Tower 1 of 19 floors and Tower 2 of 45 floors, each endowed with a 5 elevators and 2 exterior for the higher one.
Many restaurants, cafeteria, snack bar, Spa & Fitness center, shopping area, pools, conference rooms!
Quality, various and tasty food served in 2 restaurants for 2000 people!
I fully recommend Gran Hotel Bali for a dream holiday!!!
Hotel nice very big and clean. Am here all Inclusive. The staff very friendly apart from the one young waitress rude as hell and I mean she is rude . But the food is not good so if your a fussy eater don't book here. However it was very cheap at this time of year so cannot complain. It is a 45 minute walk to old town but a nice one also the buses go from outside and cost 1.55 and takes 5 to 10 minutes. Had a nice time but did eat out a couple of times. There is a few bars and restaurants around the hotel to as well as 2 in the hotel. It also has shops and a viewing platform as its the tallest hotel in Europe. Nice rooms but ask for a room over the 15th floor to get the views over Benidorm. Great pool area to with 3 pools and a children's one. Would stay again but next time not all Inclusive.
Still a lovely hotel but the rooms have not been updated in many parts of the hotel since it opened (2002), they are still fine, but if you are looking to book here it seems a shame that it costs as much as say a RIU in the Canaries.
Impressive building none the less, good location near the nicest beach and promenade in Benidorm. Bus is only 1 per trip per person from right outside the hotel straight into the old town if you don't want the walk.
Great lobby and communal areas all marble, views are absolutely great, supermarket and chemist a stones throw away, La Cala beach is less than a kilometre away, about 10 mins walk.
This is not a four star hotel it's a good 3* at best. Cleaning staff are very good always happy and chatty. The bar staff can be impatient and a little rude, but as the long hours they work saw the same waiter/waitress from breakfast till 10 at night. The hotel reception staff are every good. I believe this is more a hotel for locals than the average Brit abroad. Good section of food but not much was cook very well. Snacks selection on all-inclusive not very varied. A clean and obsessive hotel on 1st impression but look closer and you will see that all that glitters is not gold.
