This review is a bit contradictory, since I loved the place (Good treatments, good atmosphere, attentive staff, the Hammam smelled a little bad, but I understand it was a timely issue). I had the problem when I wanted to speak with the person in charge, which has been impossible for me despite having left the reception staff twice.
A month ago, we booked a massage + circuit treatment (2h approx.), If the treatment is 1 hour, 2 hours for everything is short, this case is already known by the staff, and as they told me at the time what What they do is lengthen a little. If it's the 00:00 turn, they quote you half an hour before, as it happened on another occasion.
That half hour makes a difference, improves the experience, you come out like new! but when it is a "run, run, we close" because as you can imagine it has the opposite effect.
Worst of all is not the bad forecast / coordination for this particular case, but the lack of attention and care, since after two attempts to speak with the person in charge, no one has contacted me yet, a shame. true.

When I lived in Seville I went to Aire 3-4 times a month. I absolutely loved it. Since moving to Barcelona I expected to continue my routine but unfortunately I don t feel it lives up to the same standard.
It is physically impossible to relax. They do not walk around and enforce the silence rule as they do in other locations. It s actually outrageous. I paid 130 euros to get a headache.
The massage was great but in the pool there were couples basically having sex right beside me and everyone was talking like we were at a club.
When I went into the sauna two women were literally talking at the top of their lungs. How relaxing... I asked them to be quiet and they got louder. I had to get the staff to say something twice. And as soon as the staff left they started purposely coughing as loud as they could and clapping their hands beside my head every time I closed my eyes. I actually felt harassed.
It s ridiculous that this behavior can go on with all of the staff working at one time. Instead of walking around and making sure everyone is happy they just stand in the door entrance oblivious to the rude behavior of some of the guests.
People are paying a lot of money for this service and the rules need to be enforced so people can relax which is what they are paying for. On top of that I went into the jacuzzi area and a disgusting black film of dirt was hovering over the top of the pool. What does that say for the sanitation? That entire pool needs to be shut down. Completely unacceptable.
Lastly, the tea was cold.. clearly not fresh the second time I went. Showers all had nasty gunks of hair all over the walls and spit on the floor. Salt pool was not salty at all.. could not float in it. The one in Seville actually has salt to rub on your body.
Hot and Cold pools were not correct temperature. Hot pool wasn t even hot and main pool was freezing. I got interrupted 20 minutes into my pool session to get my massage freezing cold and wet.. why not 60 minutes massage and then bath. Ridiculous to interrupt me in the middle of relaxing to go get a wet massage. It was definitely not the experience I m used to and expect for this price.
Highly recommended for those looking to disconnect, you only have to bring a swimsuit, the rest they provide.
I don't know where the people who work on this site are, but they are ALL lovely. I know it's your job to make us feel good and to relax, but they make it 10.

They give tea and water for free. But the warning system of the bell does not work very well, it is very confusing. There is no free WiFi. In the changing rooms there is everything you need to shower, there is also hair iron, deodorant and hairdryer, and bathrobe and towels. I hired an organic experience, with a massage and baths. It cost me about 100 euros, a cost that I consider too high for the type of massage I received, more typical of a rookie novice than anything else. The organic experience said it would be relaxing, and the massage didn't relax me. The masseuse made him too strong, and despite notifying him I kept feeling it hard.
The bathrooms disappointed me a bit. All very dark, especially when going down the stairs seemed even dangerous.

What a place! We have tried in the past Aire baths in Sevilla and it's quite similar : these baths are really amazing! You can stay for ours in a relaxing atmosphere, floating in salted water or enjoy a good breath within the hammam. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
