Excellent location, spacious room, very complete kitchen. Perhaps the only criticism is that the bathroom for the disabled is a bit small. Terrific breakfast and very good service from the staff in general. Highly recommended if you are in a wheelchair.

Very well placed but ask for an apartment in the floors at the risk of believing in a cellar on the ground floor. ..room overlooking a street, obliged to keep the curtains closed

The apartment super comfortable and clean, very well located. Very comfortable beds, clean towels and impeccable bathroom. Fran, the receptionist, is super friendly and attentive to all the details. I went with two friends, and we definitely recommend it. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Fuck you find. By car you will not go. Pass on a street about a meter wide. And so cool place. Quiet, clean, in the city center, inexpensive.

Great location in the Bario Santa Cruz. Impeccable cleaning of the apartment which is equipped with all the comfort files. Air conditioning, towels, toiletries, safe, kitchen, fridge. Fantastic.

Super friendly staff, clean apartments and very central. Very good impression

The apartment is very clean. It is cozy. The air conditioning works very well. The TV is a bit small. The staff very very friendly. The location is perfect 5 min from the cathedral, 1 min from restaurants and bars. But above all you can not hear a noise, neither from the street nor from the other rooms. Perfect.

Location good!! The room is too spacious and the facilities are good, and if you go up to the rooftop, you can see the bell tower of the cathedral.

Really nice furnishings and well placed location (walking distance to Real Alcazar and Cathedral) However, I m uncomfortable with how the door access and main entry are set up (common key, lift straight to the room, no secondary access required) and the lack of a receptionist in the building to assist quickly. Not so secure for me, and customer service/receptionist was one of the worst that I had to deal with during my stay. Shame as the place is really nice but I will not recommend, especially if you know that you will be returning late to the hotel.
UPDATE 25 September 2018 - I appreciated how Irene, the Guest Service Manager has handled the incident. She made sure that she personally talked to me when my breakfast was delivered the next morning. She listened and seemed to take all the feedback in a constructive way. I really hope that improvements can be looked into to make this arrangement better and more secure for guests. Note that when I came back tonight at past 9:15 pm that I had to try 6 times before the key finally worked. Having understood it better from last night, I kept on trying until the door finally clicked open. Added a star to take into consideration the efforts made to help me out and make the situation better.

Perfect!! Apartment in the city center, a stone's throw from the cathedral, is a 10 minute walk from any point of interest in Seville. The structure is just a few meters from the hotel of the same name, where a buffet breakfast is served in the morning (good). Although it is an apartment, the cleaning is daily, as in a hotel. There is everything you need for a nice comfortable stay with your family. Cconsigliatissimo!

Good for a short stay. The rooms are dilapidated. The curtain in the living room was lifted when we arrived. The hair dryer burned out on the first day. And the insulation is not good. Big black dot for the reception staff who is not pleasant at all. Very mediocre breakfast. The location is excellent however.

Excellent location, we visited on foot and many small restaurants around, but few shops if you want to cook and even less kitchenware in the apartments. Nice patio as often in Seville, but customers have the annoying habit of having a drink while eating tapas under the windows and late at night. Very beautiful old buildings but poorly insulated and parquet floors which does not help ... Hearty but average breakfast. The pastries are not fine even in pastries apparently. And the bed sheets were very small: it was the war between my husband and me to cover myself

The location is very good. By the way, the apartment on the ground floor was very noisy because it was an alley where pedestrians walk outside the window.

I asked for a double bed and they put two body beds together that moved and I couldn't sleep with my partner together.
The departure time is at 10 in the morning, somewhat early.
