Please be aware that if you overpay them for services, they will never refund your money, even if you plan to use them in the future. I had staff who quit before tax season and could not use them the way I intended in that season, overpaid for that year's services by $5k, they will not refund it in any way. So disappointed in a company that does not work with you. I plan to spread the word to only pay them in small amounts.
