We are being served by Tom Behm. He is personable, a good listener, empathetic.....we have confidence in him to help us resolve our case in the best possible manner.
He suggested we reduce our request and I tourney did not go down very much. So the other party offered very little and it was over. No agreements between parties. However that it would not his problem. He made the suggestion. However in his letter to attend he did not tell me there was free parking downstairs 2 hours of parking cost $15 in Grand Rapids. So he is going to suggest they start adding it to their letters to people being invited for mediation.
