Summer is our favorite! She is warm and welcoming and isn t pushy. She listens to you and will help you find exactly what you need/want and is always there when you need her for anything. We will continue working with Summer for as long as we can and will be recommending all our family and friends to call her as well!

Had a wonderful experience. Kenny Calderon was a great salesperson. They did everything possible at getting infiniti to ensure that they could help us leave in a new vehicle. The first offer/pricing for the vehicle I had fallen in love with was just too high. Just when I had given up hope of even getting that car and was asking about looking at something on the cheaper side Kenny and the finance team were able to work things out to where I was able to leave in the vehicle the I really wanted. So ecstatic about my new vehicle. Thank you guys so much!!

They are the best team from finance,sales and service. Wes Hays the financial mgr makes you feel like you are the only customer even though they are so busy! Benjamin was a delightful salesmen and not high pressure! He answered all my questions and never felt rushed! I am a Grubbs customer for life!

Thought I'd give these guys a try for an oil change since they sent me a coupon in the mail.

When they returned my car, they put a BIG DENT on my vehicle. I told the agent about it and he said to me over the phone, "the driver didn't mark the dent on the walk-through paperwork but that he saw the dent when it arrived" I told him that the dent was never there. I even showed him a video of my car leaving the garage when I handed it to the valet driver proving that the dent was never there. He kept insisting that it was there even though it clearly wasn't. I asked for a copy of the walk-through paperwork. His initial response - it could take a couple of days for us to scan it in. I'm like couple days to scan? What year do you live in? Just take a picture and send it.

Finally got the paperwork which showed that the valet driver marked the dent. I did not sign any paperwork that showed there was a dent on my vehicle. This idiot created falsified the documents to make it appear that the I signed off on the dent even though I clearly didn't.

They lost me as a customer not only for maintenance but also for future car sales. Hope this was worth it for you guys!

When you walk in to the dealership, the very first impression is that none of the employees are dressed in business casual, but in suits and business formal. This give an impression of dealing with a higher quality of service. The waiting area is like any other dealerships , due to COVID not all the amenities are available. The car purchases was smooth, then again having financing approved ahead of time seem to help. Also, was not pressure to purchase additional coverage that I do not need.

This hasn't been the smoothest car buying experience but WOW, Jake has been a heaven send!! He made all the difference! He is probably like that in every aspect of his life. He is honest, sincere, upfront, works his a** off for his customers and is just a good guy. Adolfo is phenomenal and he knows his stuff. Definitely recommend him. Overall, with the right people working for you, you will definitely be taken care of here.
