Vibrant campus, great for a college visit with the Senior in the family

Graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. I appreciated the College s desire to provide students with a well rounded education. GCC did good at balancing education for learning and also for equipping you for your future job. President McNulty does a great job at leading the college to commit to serving Christ.

Hey! So I am still looking into this college. I have read and studied so much about it. Any tips? Please pray for me as I enter this new chapter in my life. I am trying to find a Christian college for my undergraduate degree (in med) and then go to a different college (Harvard or something) for my graduate degree and then become a medical missionary! This is the Lord s calling for me. So please keep my in your prayers. Thank you for your reviews.

Grove City is an excellent college with a host of great faculty, and I'm not just saying that because it is the alma mater of many of my family members. That being said, in recent years, GCC has drifted from its conservative reputation by hiring more liberal (both religiously and politically) professors, hosting more liberal speakers at chapel, and succumbing to liberal practices (besides some questionable actions on the part of the college throughout this pandemic). The change is gentle but alarming to me, to my family, to long-time conservative faculty, and to many of the student body whose expectations of the institution have not matched their experiences. At the moment, the high quality of education persists, and because of that and for convenience, I will continue to pursue my degree at GCC. However, I'm afraid that if these shadows go unaltered, I will no longer be able to recommend the college in good conscience by the time I complete my degree. I pray that God preserves this bulwark of private, traditional liberal arts Christian education, and I pray that, if you are a student or a parent considering GCC, God give you guidance to see through the advertisements into the true nature of things and decide rightly in accordance with His will. Great place. You're coming here for education not for food. Food is ok not good.
