I've been a tenant nearly 9 years. I'm still impressed how professional and quick they response to problems. Shout out to Christine the receptionist she's amazing and very patient to listen to my explanation regarding the situation. The neighborhood area is quite and stores are walking distance. Location wise is good for me :)

I am international student, pursuing my PhD. I was told that they don't give rentals to international students because they leave. I have a question, what's the purpose of a lease agreement then? They were very unprofessional and unresponsive. It should be mentioned on the website that they don't lease to international students.

The apartments are good, repairs are made fairly quickly, and the prices are fair, especially for the square footage you get in each apartment.

however the management is very curt and passive aggressive. Be prepared to do email battle. They also threatened to illegally charge me an extra month of rent because my apartment was not up to their standards 24/7 (because they would not give me notice about when when people would be coming to visit) which supposedly inhibited their ability to get it leased in time.

All in all, a fine company, but I would not return.

Agency which offers the advance of 3 months of rent to sign a lease and takes care that there is no traceability. This kind wondering is obviously illegal. I strongly recommend this agency.

Apartments are nice, if a little on the small and no-frills side, but the real issue is Mr. Leduc himself. Frequently engages in practices that go against the civil code of Quebec, tacks on charges for lots of things to nickle and dime you too death if you ever try to leave. He is very rude and condescending, especially to women. Will generally refuse to do any kind of work whatsoever. I found that his apartments can't be listen on the Concordia University housing site due to excessive complaints against him personally. Fine if youre planning to die in the apartment, and the location is very convenient, but whethernits worth the hassle of the landlord is up to you.

Listening to tenants' needs, very reasonable prices, occupied the apartment for 13 years.

Excellent renting experience for 3 years. Landlord was very helpful when needed. Clean apartments in a pleasant neighborhood within walking distance of everything you need.

From my experience with my apartment, I am satisfied! Problems get settled quickly enough. When there were water problems, we all had water stripes in the same day.
By cons very thin walls ... and neighbors not conscientious, but no relationship with the agency. Good service. I loved my 2 years with them.

I wish I could put less than a star if that was possible so my experience with this real estate group is bad. It's a family-owned scammer that can ask foreign students to pay in advance for the last 3 months of the lease because, you understand, "without Canadian guarantor there is no insurance for us" . The advance was also requested for the girl with us who, however, works in Montreal in a recognized company with a stable position for 1 year and a half, because you understand "we had someone from the same company who is left overnight. " Apologies after excuses to justify a behavior fully assuming a TOTAL ILLEGALITY.

Of course, I have no proof of all this since they only address the subject on the phone ... Beware of this agency

They only rent to permanent residents and Canadian citizens what is against the law and is systematic discrimination. I am preparing a file to file a complaint because the selection of a tenant must be based on his credit history, his proof of income, his criminal record and not his immigration status.

We have lived in the Leduc Group's apartments for over 60 years. They are honest and very dedicated people. The maintenance of their property both in winter and in summer is impeccable. I definitely recommend Groupe Immobilier Leduc.

I have been a tenant for a few years now and I am overall very satisfied with the building and the service when needed. Christine at the front desk is very nice and helpful. The rent is not very expensive and if there are issues help is given quickly.

I had a very bad experience with this agency. At first glance the real estate agent seems very accommodating with regard to the guarantees but as soon as things materialize they allow themselves to make illegal requests (namely 3 months rent as a "security deposit") without much that there is no record of this transaction. I strongly recommend this agency.
