We took Bobby's advice to "simplify the process" and we get a call a week and half before closing notifying us of a change in how our loan was originally proposed. It's a little late to redo the process a week before closing so we were stuck. It turned out to be a costly piece of advice. Bobby seemed great at first and then never called when he said he would, couldn't remember previous conversations and ultimately provided poor advice and was very unresponsive. We never felt valued or appreciated. I would certainly never use them again or recommend them.
I would not recommend this company, They didn t return phone calls or text message said they would get beck too me and never did till I had too call several times .
Then after 30 days say o we can t do the very thing I went too them for.
They made me sign some papers to lock in interest rate at 2.75% at the end of January . And time went by , and then as we got close to the end , they change that rate to 3.25% , so made me mad and spoke to them about the increase the excuse was that appraisal did not come in on time , so careful , there are more honest people out there, shop elsewhere if you visit their website you will c all 5 star review doesn t that tell you anything?
Mark Wilkinson was outstanding as our loan officer! He was very consistent and proactive in reaching out to us to lock in the best rate and submit the correct paperwork. His team was very thorough in assisting us and made the whole process quick and painless.
I had the worst experience with one of your brokers. He wasn't transparent at all and I was lied to the whole time in the process. Thank god I went with my gut and I ended up switching companies, I almost lost the house I wanted because of them. Be aware!
